If you have the desire to join W/S Glove Gang, then you must acknowledge some information before you do so. First of all remember that all recruitment is done through In Character events, there are no exceptions on this rule. You must show your dedication that you really wanna become a member and get through higher ranks in the faction. When you approach the faction and you desire to join, I advise you to start your way up with a teenage character, since it would be more realistic for you and for the whole factions atmosphere, that you start out as a youngster. The background on your character is very important - where you come from, your important life events in the past and in the present that affect your character / have affected your character / will affect your character. Everything you do, must be thought out with intelligent behavior, cause all I'm asking for you to do, is quality roleplay. You must build up your character realisticly and make sure that you also maintain a respectful reputation for yourself and for your faction through Out Of Character channels. Your OOC behaviour may also reflect on your chances of getting into the faction, I don't give alot of people second chances. On behalf of all of the Rollin 40's Neighborhood Crips high council, we'd like to hold ourselves up to a pretty high standard of roleplay and we say that in the humblest way possible. With that being said, before role-playing with Rollin 40's it is advised that you join our Discord server for a more in-depth look behind the factions infrastructure and how we operate as a whole. It is imperative that you check it frequently to stay up to date with the conversations and topics that's present revolving the faction. If you're not serious about role-playing with us and don't have any quality role-play to contribute to the faction then don't even bother joining because you will be weeded out and removed without a warning. The faction itself relays on portraying a real life multi racial crip street gang, therefore our main concept of the faction is all about the low-income area that we're from. You must roleplay your character and it's background to the fullest extent to the point where you're grubbing together as much money as possible through the hard struggle of being a teenage gang member. Vincentius Gerarldo Vincentius Gerarldo lahir pada tanggal 01 Januari 2006 di kota Los Santos tepatnya di Desa dilimore. Sejak ia kecil hidupnya sudah memiliki beberapa masalah seperti masalah ekonomi yang sulit di keluarganya di karenakan ayah nya hanya bekerja sebagai sopir truck yang gaji tidak banyak dan ibu nya hanya seorang ibu rumah tangga biasa. Ketika ia memasuki sekolah dasar, Vincentius kehilangan ayahnya karena kecelakaan saat bekerja mengantar barang. Mulai saat itu hidupnya semakin sulit karena ia harus membantu ibunya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Ia berjualan makanan kecil-kecilan di sekolah dan membantu ibunya berjualan di pasar. Meskipun hidupnya penuh dengan kesulitan, Vincentius tetap berusaha untuk tetap semangat dan fokus pada pendidikannya. Pada saat ia memasuki sekolah menengah pertama, Vincentius mulai untuk bertekad untuk menjadi orang kaya raya di kota los santos. Ia mulai berpikir bagaimana caranya agar bisa ia keluar dari kemiskinan yang menimpa keluarganya. Ia mulai mencari peluang seperti belajar saham dan investasi, serta mencoba berbagai usaha kecil-kecilan. Pada saat ia memasuki SMA, Vincentius mengalami kegagalan dalam berinvestasi saham yang membuatnya kehilangan sebagian hartanya. Belajar dari kesalahan tersebut, ia mulai lebih berhati-hati dalam mengambil keputusan. Singkat cerita ia tamat dari SMA dan ia bertemu seseorang yang menawarinya sebuah pekerjaan ilegal yaitu menjadi seorang pengedar narkoba di kota Los Santos. Meskipun di awal ia cukup ragu tapi ia terpaksa melakukan pekerjaan tersebut dan ia bertekad menjadi mafia terbesar di Kota Los Santos. Tidak mudah baginya untuk menjadi seorang mafia besar di kota Los Santos, karena ia harus bersaing dengan mafia-mafia lainnya. Namun ia tidak menyerah begitu saja ia tetap terus berusaha dan belajar dari pengalaman yang pahit. Hingga akhirnya kelak ia akan berhasil menjadi seorang mafia besar di Kota Los santos. Di balik itu semmua ia harus kehilangan seorang yang sangat ia cintai yaitu ibu nya yang meninggal karena sakit yang dideritanya.
