Story:

Identified herself as Missourian, Lindsay actually born in Sacramento, California. Her family moved out of California to St. Louis, Missouri in her early age, hence she is more accustomed to Missouri culture and custom rather than California. Her old man was an abusive father and left the family when she was a kid, and her mother struggle to keep herself straight, resorted to alcoholism and drugs. It is difficult for Lindsay to survive in this kind of environment, so she—without proper education within the family—resorted to juvenile delinquency, she started to steal around just in order to stay survive. 

 

Never knew that fate would turned one hundred eighty degree for her, she caught by a detective when stealing a pair of shoes. This detective, instead of turning her to custody, take the matter into his own hand, when he asked why Lindsay would do this, Lindsay told him the whole story of her family. The detective then took Lindsay as adoptive daughter and set her straight. She saw the detective's act as debt, and motivated by him to do the same, she enlisted to St. Louis Police Department in late 2002, where his "adoptive father" worked as detective. Initially enlisted as patrolwoman, she secure the detective rank after years of training.

 

In the Intelligence Department, she was made as best detective in 2008 for solving a murder case that has been abandoned for years. When working in the field, she received an unrecoverable injury which hinder her working in the Intelligence. She made a decision that would change her life again, she started to study in psychology and was then transferred to Metropolitan St. Louis Physiciatric Center as licensed psychologist in mid 2010. During this period as psychologist, her life is settled and everything seems normal, until she met Matthew Ashworth, whom she started a relationship with. In early 2017, she made an arrangement with Ashworth to transfer her from St. Louis to Los Santos, where they would settle together. In Los Santos, Lindsay still worked as psychologist at All Saints General Hospital until lately when she started to practice in her own mental clinic.
