Petro Izmaylov known as Peter is a man from St. Petersburg, Soviet Union. He is an important person in his city, mobster and illegal business he lived, before he became a thug of Tambov Gang, the biggest mobster in St. Petersburg. The Tambov Gang is a mobster led by Vladimir Kumarin, commit crimes like money laundring and contract killing. There are the next llegal business plans for this mobster. 

 

   The next illegal business plans is drug trafficking to another Russia big city. Vladimir Kumarin is a boss, trusted Peter to carry this plans. This business very good when the communism country going to destruction. Peter is looking for a taxi company cooperate this plans and get big profits. After that, drugs inserted into the suitcase then taken to supplier. Many young boy and girl interested to working this business, become passengers and drivers.  The next idea is arms, the communist corruptors is cooperate too with Tambov Gang to get side money. Peter is not a problem with this plans, he became of the head of taxi company based on illegal activity. Salary goes up, big profit from drug trafficking next is Arms trafficking. They bring arms to the port and delivered to guerrilla country. The police did not know about this dirty business, when caught they will deal with Tambov Gang.

 

   After the Soviet Union was destroyed, this country becomes federal. The illegal business carried Peter is down, little chance to run this plans. Peter is wanted by the government, he is confused to carry this business. The Tambov Gang boss longer is don't care about his business, trusted person has been arrested when their doing illegal activity. Right now, the Tambov Gang is looking for illegal business in outside the country. A United States is good choice, there are many Tambov mobs in New York run a money laundring and loan shark. Vladimir Kumarin tell Peter to cancel previous business is trafficking illegal with taxi. "Don't forget to burn the depot, lets make new business" Vladimir says, he want Peter going United States to next illegal business. The right state is California, Los Santos is a city of glamour famous and free. This time, Peter is doing his business in Los Santos.
