   Rawse Hilks, 36 years old. Was born in 1979, 15th February in Moscow, city of saints. Rawse grew in a wealthy family along with a younger brother and sister. Rawse was nothing closer to being an uneducated male or did not have any friends that had those thoughts. His daily routine was to study, play with his friends and sleep. You could say that Rawse had almost no normal teenager's emotions. At the age of seventeen Rawse began to hang out with the locals and not his original friends.

 

   

    These locals were not an ordinary group, they were different from Moscow's original society. They did not came from a wealthy family or attended school and so on... Rawse family did not appreciate him hanging out with these kids, not to mention he was the youngest. Yet none of it affected his studies or whatsoever. Rawse graduated with a degree in medical science and decided to take a step further in life. He then became a surgeon, and began to seek for a suitable position for him at almost any place. One day the government contacted him through his cell phone, due to Rawse outstanding results they decided to hire him and make him work for them.

 

 

   Rawse duty was to operate injured government-affiliated members which had been taken down due to assassinations. One thing Rawse didn't know when he got to operate his first victim was, he totally forgot about the group he used to hang out with. After several successful surgeries, Rawse saved many lives and careers. After a while the group he used to hang out with tracked him down and he was the cause of the unsuccessful assassination attempts. The day has come, the group tried to kill Rawse himself, somehow Rawse escaped the attack successfully and immediately went to his house. Rawse knew he had no place in Moscow, it was way too dangerous for him to say in this city.

 

 

   Rawse then heard knocking on his front door, but he knew it was them. Rawse had a sidearm stored in his nightstand just for safety at all times, usually for times like this. Before Rawse actions, he knew that might the dead-end either for him or the male. Rawse then approached the door, opened it and immediately fired a couple of shots without knowing who he shot. After he heard the body fall to the concrete ground, he opened the door. Rawse glared at the lifeless corpse and saw his mother's bleeding face slowly fading away. He did not know what to do after, he knew there was no chance of saving her. Rawse then had suicidal thoughts due to killing his only mother. He then decided to devour her, Rawse was indeed a sick man. But the attachment to his mother was too much, he couldn't leave her laying on the concrete ground dying.

 

 

   It was Rawse first cannibal act. Rawse did the unknown and the unexpected. He fried his mother and feasted on her. Rawse was losing his mind and consciousness. He then decided to leave this all behind him and dark memories and flew off from Moscow to the United States of America. After Rawse settled down at Los Santos, he bought a trailer and decided to have a long life in it. He then browsed through the internet and reviewed any available jobs involving his mother tongue. He then found the RIA, his only hope to survive this madness. After a while he sent in his application and did not mention his medical degree or any of it. He decided to become a Vor under disguise. After a while he met with a man called Borya. Borya offered him warmth and a well paying job with a nice group of men, Rawse always tried to hide his incredible medical skills and proficiency. After a whole lot of days Rawse decided to confess to Borya about his past, hoping not to get killed due to his ugly past. Luckily Borya found his medical skills useful and came in handy. After this day, Rawse performed only one surgery yet very important.
