A group of street people from London started coming to Los Santos with the intention of creating their own network the group was named DTY, Double T Youth actually came from a split inside a street gang that was pretty big back in 1992, But after a massive beef they ended up breaking apart and scattering all over different areas in London, Fast forward, a few of the PDC seniors decided to move out to a whole new territory Los Santos, Once they got there they started up a small crew called 22 Youth or what they usually call Double T Youth, With just a handful of people to start with, they began bringing that London street gang culture straight to Los Santos.
