A group of street people from London started coming to Los Santos with the intention of creating their own network the group was named DTY, Double T Youth actually came from a split inside a street gang that was pretty big back in 1992, But after a massive beef they ended up breaking apart and scattering all over different areas in London, Fast forward, a few of the PDC seniors decided to move out to a whole new territory Los Santos, Once they got there they started up a small crew called 22 Youth or what they usually call Double T Youth, With just a handful of people to start with, they began bringing that London street gang culture straight to Los Santos. The alliance with the Del Perro dirtbike crew is going great, and Last Route 68 is tight with them now. We’re also on good terms with that 101 group from Mirror Park.
