The Jefferson gang found out about the thousands of weapons that would be supplied by the Khace gang, trying to hijack them through the waters of Palomino, when the Khace Gang ship passed Palomino, the Jefferson gang appeared and attacked it and wanted to hijack it, and a war broke out in the waters around Palomino between the Ganton Gang and the Jefferson Gang who were fighting over connections with the Mafia and wanted to seize the weapons that would be supplied.
