The area that is known to be inhabited by most of the Louis Gangster Bloods members, both from Northeast, Los Santos. The parks are also known as the Ghost Park, a name that was earned due to the area being known for many gunshots and street wars. Back in the 90s, when Louis Gangster Bloods and the Oac Parc Asian Crip were in a fight, one member from Oac Parc Asian Crip pulled out firearms and injured two members from Louis Gangster Bloods, known as Looney and K-Tone. They went back to do a rumble over the Oac Parc Asian Crip, which led to the death of 3 members and 2 injured, this made the war worse than it was before. Sandra Lashoone, a 40-year-old wife and householder, said to the media, "Louis Park ain't a recreation park no more, it's just filled with guns, or even worse, dead bodies around." The Los Santos Government stated that Louis Park had 30 dead bodies in just 2 years, back in 1993-1995. This made them listed as the worst park in the cities of Los Santos.

   N/S LOUIS GANGSTER BLOODS
The North Side Louis Gangster Bloods, also known as the Cambodian Bloods, are a street gang residing around 29th Street. The majority of the early members were high school students and baseball players who frequently gathered around the Louis Park Recreation Park, which later became a central point of their identity. During the early 1990s, Louis Park Gangster Bloods were originally dominated by African-American members. However, due to heavy incarceration, internal conflicts, deaths, and many original members relocating out of the area, the structure of the neighborhood began to change, causing the area to be reallocated into a lower-class residential zone.

As this demographic shift took place, a significant influx of Asian immigrants particularly Cambodian families settled in the Louis Park area, and many Cambodian youths growing up there began affiliating with the set, eventually becoming the majority presence within the gang. This transition is the main reason why the set became more widely known on the streets as the Cambodian Bloods, although they continued to recruit and maintain ties with the remaining African-American members to preserve the original Blood identity and traditions. By the 2000s, the Louis Gangster Bloods gained a reputation for being one of the most active distributors around Louis Park, pulling the set deeper into the hustle game, and eventually splitting into two main cliques known as The Foe Money Mob and No Respect Krew.

The Foe Money Mob is the first and oldest clique under Louis Gangster Bloods, which emerged in the 90s when drug trafficking exploded and formed a new pattern on the streets. It has survived through various generational changes due to legal pressure and recurring conflicts. Over time, their role shifted to a more internal sphere, unlike the No Respect Krew, which is more visible on the surface. The Foe Money Mob functions to support the gang's stability by managing the drug supply in a structured manner in the Louis Park area and throughout the Northeast, making them the foundation that works behind the scenes. Its members are predominantly older Louis Gangster Bloods who have undergone selection processes such as Putting-On, but it still involves younger members from the No Respect Krew to keep distribution running and maintain ties to the streets. Currently, the clique is under the leadership of Andres "BIG PEZZY" Greer, a Cambodian immigrant who focuses on internal organization, distribution channels, and operational control to ensure that the Foe Money Mob's traditional role remains consistent and functions as intended.

   NØ RESPECT KREW
The No Respect Krew is the most active clique under the Louis Gangster Bloods umbrella. Most members of this clique range between the ages of 12–18, representing a younger generation within the set. They are known for being heavily influenced by social media culture, frequently creating skits and showcasing various money hustles online as a way to display loyalty, presence, and dedication to the gang. The clique is led by Marlon "Honcho" Soun, an Asian immigrant who rose through the ranks due to his influence, organization skills, and ability to unite the younger members under a single identity. The No Respect Krew was founded in 2018 as a response to major crackdowns by the Los Santos Police Department in 2016, which resulted in many original Louis Gangster Bloods members being incarcerated, killed, or handed severe sentences. With the older generation largely removed from the streets, Marlon "Honcho" Soun and his circle filled the power vacuum, pushing the clique into a new era defined by online visibility and reckless reputation-building. The clique gained major attention in 2021 after going viral on social media for vandalism and openly dissing deceased members of the Oac Parc Asian Crip, an incident that ultimately led to several members being arrested and charged with vandalism by the local police department.

   M.I.P Rakheem Kher a/k/a 2ManyWay

Rakheem Kher, also known in the streets as 2ManyWay, was a famous rapper and artist under the Foe Mob label, which is a known record label from the Louis Gangster Bloods. Back in 2019, two weeks before his death, 2ManyWay dropped a single called "Ain't No Foe," which was known to attack a girl from the Oac Parc Asian Crip. In the lyrics, 2ManyWay shot many disses and even went as far as dissing her family. However, while they were gathering to celebrate a hood day for the Louis Gangster Bloods, Rakheem and his friends started rolling around 26th while doing an Instagram Live. They didn’t know that members from the Oac Parc Asian Crip were scoping them out. When they stopped at a red light, an unknown vehicle approached, and one of the occupants rolled down their window, pulled out a firearm, and randomly started shooting at the car where 2ManyWay and his friends were. 2ManyWay was pronounced dead at the scene due to brutal injuries to his head, while both of his friends were injured. After the incident, the news spread quickly across the Northeast and surrounding areas. His death sent shockwaves through the Louis Gangster Bloods and the local underground music scene, as many saw 2ManyWay as a rising voice with raw street influence. Murals, candles, and red bandanas were later seen posted up near the hood in his memory. Despite his short career, his name continued to be mentioned in songs, taggings, and hood stories to this day, Rakheem Kher is remembered as a fallen artist whose legacy still echoes through the streets
