103 HOOVER CRIMINAL GANG

huu.pngThe 103 Hoover Criminal Gang, also referred to as 103HCG or Stomp Gang, is one of the most known and feared Hoover sets in Los Santos. The gang has been around since the 1970s, resides on the Westside of LS, and boasts the Hoover card. The set is known for roaming in a structured, disciplined, and organized manner, unlike other street gangs. The 103HCG established their reputation over the years from their extensive participation in serious levels of street crime, such as shootouts and murder, which brought them under the limelight both from their rivals as well as the authorities. Their existence throughout the major street periods, such as the crack epidemic and the ’90s.

The 103HCG has very strong and permanent bonds with every Hoover set in the city, solidifying their unity in understanding the Hoover code, but maintaining very limited and situational bonds with other Gangster Crips sets when it suits them. The gang has been well-known for their team unity in the Houston Astros & Cleveland Indians, which has been a closely associated token of their set and their street level. The 103HCG gang has cliques in different areas of 100th Street to 105th Street, which include their 100th (Hunnid), 101st (Monstas), 102nd (Packer), 103rd (Dirty Three), and 104th (Hornets), each maintaining their own block but all in association with their 103HCG primary set. The gang has very intense rivalries against the Neighborhood Crips, Blood sets in general, Mafia Crips, Rollin’ 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 90’s, and 100’s, and also against the East Coast Crips. Because of how many rivalry beefs there are, the 103HCG gang has a very notorious reputation for being in possession of what’s called an “EBK (Everybody’s Killer)” card, due to how aggressive they are towards every other gang in the city of Los Santos.

BACK TO THE DAY

In the days of the crack epidemic in the 1980s, when the streets in Los Santos became chaos, 103HCG kept their presence in the area by rising up out of the block but also coping with the pressure, the heat, the beef, especially from the East Coast Crips and other groups of Mafia Crips. What began as a neighborhood gang for locals had developed into a cohesive unit that worked together, stood their ground, and refused to let their enemies into their block. In 1992, when the riots had Los Santos on the brink of chaos, 103HCG had their presence in the neighborhood, cops nowhere in sight, businesses being robbed left and right, when they stood their ground, trusting no one but themselves, taking matters into their own hands, showing that when being respected meant living, 103HCG was a faction that couldn't be ignored.

WESTSIDE IN THE NEW ERA

Nowadays, 103HCG is operating on some new timing, all while still gang banging, but now much more calculated than before, keeping its strong presence in the streets while choosing to selectively get down without drawing unnecessary heat. The youngins know when to roll up to make appearances and when to duck out, all while still reps the set and keeping the block down, keeping the name alive in ways that are in sync with how the city is operating at any given time. However, the aspect of net banging is also prominent within all of this, operating through the means of showing up on social media to make appearances, throw subs at their rival territorial crews, and make statements through their posts, captions, colors, and symbols. However, beef within the virtual world tends to get out of hand quickly, and even in the virtual age, 103HCG is still recognized as living up to its reputation of being solid and prepared to reply to any virtual problems that spill into the streets.

HOMICIDE RECORDS // EBK KREW

WER.png

Homicide Records is an independent street label founded by EBK JayZoo, EBK DukeMurda, EBK BabyDraco, and EBK Bandzilla, built from the bottom without interference from other group. The label was created as a platform for raw voices, street-focused music, and artists who want full control over their sound and image, with everyone under the label carrying the EBK name at the front of their artist identity to represent unity and affiliation. Homicide Records pushes uncut lyrics, heavy beats, and real-life stories touching on pressure, loyalty, beef, survival, and everyday struggles, without trying to water anything down for mainstream approval.

More than just a label, Homicide Records moves like a tight circle, keeping everything in-house and staying loyal to their roots. The focus is on consistency, independent growth, and building a solid name through music that speaks to people who actually relate to it. Whether it’s gritty street anthems or dark, aggressive tracks, Homicide Records stands on authenticity, keeping the EBK name active not just in the streets, but also in the modern underground music scene.

OOC SECTION

We are creating a fictional set inspired by the real-life Hoover Criminals, and our goal is to push realistic and well-thought-out roleplay. We encourage anyone who wants to join and contribute to first think seriously about the character development they plan to bring into this set, and we are open to all players who are willing to build and grow with us. We aim for realistic roleplay, and therefore we recommend playing as a teenager aged 14-18, as they would in a lower-middle class, harsh environment, for the most believable outcome. We also require a minimum of 50 forum posts on JGRP to prevent negative issues like ban evaders and other potential threats to the project. If you are interested in contributing to this project, you can join our discord server ( pop this up! ). We are always open to feedback, criticism, and suggestions so we can continue improving together, and credits goes to r/CaliBanging, r/CaliConnection, various media sources including Gang Unit, and everyone who contributed, inspired, and guided us throughout the development of this gang project.
