Andre "Whack whack" Caruso an Italian-American man who is a former caporegime of The Santino - DeMarco Family he was also an enforcer in The Massimo West Coast Mob, he's originally from New Jersey, a hometown where everything start, a place where he took his first step into such gutter under these two big families Santino and DeMarco, he quickly rose his rank all the way up, schemes after schemes, blood by blood, and et cetera. He even killed a man for the sake of errand from the Top-Ladder, subconsciously killing became habitual since his works always involving murder.



As he gained enough respect from the top-dogs and the other made-guy whether from inside the family or outside the family. He's known for his brutality and merciless. He's that guy you don't want to mess with, eventually the day has come where he's entrusted to run a crew as the both families proceeds to step into a bigger league, so they sent out Anthony Santino as represents of Santino Familiy and Frank Palmieri as DeMarco's representation however, due to commotions Frank Palmieri made, they had to whack this Fat Frank using Caruso as their muscle.



Long story short due to heat between families, The Massimo West Coast Mob met it's demise as one of their enforcer were arrested, feds really gave a hard blow to them as their schemes confiscated. Andre made his way out of the commotion and decided to stay in LS to live his life in a snail pace, nevertheless it doesn't end that way as Palmieri's son in law Jacob LaPuma found out that his father-in-law was killed by Caruso and he talked to new leader of Jersey family about what happened back then, the verdict has made to give Andre his reprisal, so Jacob flew all the way to Los Santos just to seek revenge in the name of his father-in-law Frank Palmieri, both Jacob and Andre agreed for a sit-up at Dillimore Pub.
