He was born into a family with a law enforcement officer tradition starting with his father and uncle. Given the family reputation, he wanted to live up to the expectation of both his family and himself and become a law enforcement officer himself. He then travelled to Los Santos, San Andreas, to work as a police officer there. The city's environment shaped Harrison Hotchner to become a competent police officer. With the education from San Andreas Police Academy, Harrison Hotchner rose through the ranks of the San Andreas Police Department and becoming a police supervisor just like his father and uncle before him. During his fifth year within the San Andreas Police Department, Harrison Hotchner was offered an opportunity he had always hoped for, to become and enroll in the Detective Bureau of the department. He accepted the offer and learn the ways and procedures of a detective. As a detective, Hotchner got deep knowledge regarding the city's underground network, crime groups, and the business opportunity of the crime network. He saw with his own eyes how much money can be made from underground operations such as drug trafficking and weapon trafficking. Blinded and wanting some quick cash, Harrison Hotchner leaves the department without the knowledge of his family. Disappointing his family tradition of being a law enforcement officer and becoming a crook instead. He then starts his drug trafficking network of himself, suppliers, and customers. With the knowledge he got from becoming a detective and the connection of the underground network, he pretty much are set up. One night he intends to sell his drugs, intending to expand his reach, he starts to look for new customers in the city. Attracting two small time addict who are looking for an opportunity to act. PENTING: Harap diperhatikan ketentuan dibawah ini!
