Park Blood Jefferson is a gang consisting of black people who are mostly African-American who often hang out around the Jefferson Motel parking lot which people in the neighborhood call " Black Con Artist & Black Bastards ", all of this started from the harsh environment around the Jefferson Motel where many crimes occurred such as teenagers using & distributing drugs, illegal weapons sales to kill each other together, illegal magazines containing sexual elements that were bought by teenagers and parents at the same time. It turns out that all of these items came from a group that sold illegally, namely the Park Bloods Gang which was founded by Nolan Angier or commonly called " Big B ", Flodarius Alston as " OG Ray " and Jaboris Laem as " OG Ja ", these names are also very familiar in the Jefferson neighborhood by the community, other gangs, even the police too. They all also have alliances with famous mafias in the city of Los Santos to get their weapons at friendly prices, like Glock, Uzi's, Draco and others. Big B is also one of the people who can cook cocaine in the jefferson motel which is very famous in the area and many stupid addicts always buy it.

 

          Not only doing business in weapons and other illegal items, Park Blood Jefferson also opened a "Dirty Hitman" the job that provides tragic and clever murder services, this job is very much in needed by the locals mafia in the city of Los Santos who do not want make there hands dirt, and get risks by the police’s in this city. Not only illegal business, because OG Ray & OG Darius and young niggas from Park Blood are very busy who love the world of hip-hop and street rap, they also have a pretty good studio at the Jefferson Motel to record some of the music they created to be heard together, some are even uploaded on the internet and they can get income that can help this gang contribute in business and regulate the areas around Jefferson.

 

          Not only always doing business thing, this gang also really hates The Crip the so-called " No Crabs or another shit of blue ", these bastards also often look for trouble around Jefferson such as beating young niggas from Park Blood in a crowd, as well as robbing some of the items they get then throwing them in a deserted place and leaving them in bad condition. They also allied with the locals police mafia to disrupt the business of this gang by arresting young niggas to be tortured and imprisoned. Because of this incident, the Park Blood Gang took revenge in a tragic way such as serial murder with the gang, burning down their hood and the neighborhood. So the Park Bloods Jefferson is known as a gang that does not hesitate to people who disturb them.
