thefallen Posted July 28, 2025 Posted July 28, 2025 Evil Gang 13 is a small Sureño based street gang situated in the most South part of El Corona. The group is known for its display of graffiti and getting into trouble. The small clique consists of teenagers and adults who come in all ranges of ages. Surrounded by predominantly drugs, guns, spray-paint, and violence the teenagers in the El Corona area quickly adapted to the lifestyle and embraced it. The youngest generation of Evil Gang 13 started off as a tag clique in early 2003 when tag banging turned into gangbanging. The teenagers are infamous for doing death-defying stunts to place their moniker on a wall and altercations do turn violent if their moniker is marked over, some even willing to kill for it. It didn't take much for the group of teenagers to band together and create a street gang that'll help them with their financial issues and their status amongst the locals and other upcoming crews in the area. DOWN AS FUCK The Down As Fuck clique of the Evil Gang 13 was founded sometime in the mid 2000's and affiliates within the Evil Gang 13 embraced the clique. The clique is known to operate along El Corona. Prominent members of the clique include Immanuel "Saint" Pinon, Rafael "Terror" Vertigo, Marquez "Muzzle" Bernal, and Lautaro Ochoa. Pinon is currently serving 3 back-to-back life sentences for multiple stabbings that happened on the night of November 9th, 2010. The stabbings were confirmed to be gang related but it is questioned that if they were racially-motivated. The suspects who claimed themselves to be 'Down As Fuck' which is what GANGNET used to verify as a active sub-set of the Evil Gang 13. Roque was arrested on charges of racketeering, firearm charges, and second-degree murder. After this major arrest of high ranking members within the clique and the gang the clique and gang turned to the shadows to which this lead to most leaving the gang and turning into the shadows. The gang is somewhat active in modern times and is just now resurfacing. From the events that happened in 2010, it really affected the gang a lot, most of the gang members split up to small groups to stay away from the Los Angeles Police Department afraid for the higher-up members getting caught up in major trouble and most facing life behind bars. The gang went to its old roots and stuck to the shadow to avoid attention which thus turned into the gang turning into smaller cliques and smaller groups to avoid that attention. The gang then underwent a-lot of inactivity due to keeping in the shadows so much. After years in the shadows the gang is back with its small numbers and being able to hold it down despite being small. The gang still shows diminished activity from its glory days but is more active than it was during the 2010s. RACIAL TENSION What started as a shooter mistaking Martin Laza for a rival gang-member turned into a campaign of back-and-forth shootings, stabbings, racially motivated crimes and beef. Martin Laza was walking his cousin home late one night on December 5th, 2002, eye-witness reports a black sedan pulling up to the duo and yelling at Laza and his little cousin. Some eye-witness reports a gang name being yelled out, others report Laza flashing gang-signs at the car, but whats known for certain is someone in the car opening fire on Laza and his cousin which struck Laza and his little cousin and both of them dying later at a nearby hospital. This was the fuel that ignited the flame in the racial tension there is present in El Corona. After this incident there has been a confirmed report of over 300 incidents that have been marked as gang related and racially motivated. One significant incident was the death of Julius Cox. He was stabbed to death while walking with his little brother. He was stabbed by a high-ranking member of the Evil Gang 13, Oliver 'Devil' Salguero. Salguero was was described as standing over a rival gang member while yelling taunts after stabbing the man in the back. Salguero was sentenced to 22 years in San Andreas State Department of Corrections for the stabbing. The racial tension is still ongoing and considered a major nuisance in the community. Pasadena High School has attempted to make amends by making a peace rally but was a complete fail due to multiple stabbings that happened when a fight broke out between two groups of teens. EVIL GANG X3 TODAY Till these days, Evil Gang 13 is the most active gang in Los Santos. They also had time to do a rap music project, trap house, and others. They also does the murdering to make a proof that they arent playing with their identity as a gang bangers on the street. SPORT ATTIRE OOC INFORMATION Evil Gang 13 is a faction based on the realistic portrayal of a Sureño street gang. We base ourselves around the gritty hood environment and we will expect members who are trying to gain affiliation to reciprocate as well as create their own scenarios. To become associated with this faction you must be highly skilled in your roleplay. We expect activity from our members but don't expect to become initiated in this faction in a couple of days because that isn't going to happen. The initiation period may be long but that's what will make the achievement worthwhile. • We aren't here to hold your hand and we aren't here to teach you how to roleplay, we expect you to hold a standard within our faction. • We use discord to communicate please PM either @lagiacruze and @thefallen for an invite. • Never ever, break character unless we are obviously in an OOC state this displays low roleplay, and being quick to resort to /b isn't a good look for the faction. Roleplay first, complain later. • OOC Fuckery will not be tolerated, if you're a nuisance to the faction you will be dealt with. • Develop your character as you're getting involved with the gang, do not roleplay being a stone-cold killer from birth. • All screenshots must be first accepted personally by me as they must uphold a certain standard.
