Toby is a person of Irish - American descent, because his mother, Annie O'Rourke, is originally from Ireland and his father Odin Bass, is originally from America. Toby is about 5'9" tall. Toby is a person who really likes motorbikes and bicycles. Toby is the only child of his parents, Toby's family is a family with a simple economy and trains Toby to be independent, When Toby was 17 years old, Toby decided to go out of town to try to become a mechanic in a repair shop, but when he was working there was someone from a motorcycle club who invited Toby to rob to get more money than working as a mechanic, Toby was tempted by the invitation and decided to join. At first the robbery went well, after the money was successfully obtained the motorcycle group immediately shared the robbery money, and Toby managed to get 105€ from robbing with the motorcycle group, but the police came and Toby ran away by taking one of the motorcycles from the group and managed to escape, feeling he would become a fugitive Toby finally decided to go abroad and eliminate his criminal tracks so that they could not be found out, Toby went to Los Santos with the money he brought, namely 105€ and settled in a city called Marina, there Toby started his new life and bought a bicycle so he could work, on his 5th day in Marina he felt bored and finally tried to mingle with a group of clubhouses and make friends even though little by little, and continued to save so he could buy the motorbike he dreamed of, namely a Harley Davidson.
