Early History of Arrellanno-Arbolleda.

In January 2014, Joaquin Arrellano arrived at Los Santos Airport and was about to open a new drug trafficking corridor for the Arrelanno-Arboledda organization in the state of San Andreas. Arellano Arbolleda is named after Joaquin Arrellano's confidants Arturo Arrellano and Juanito Arbolleda. For several months Joaquin Arrellano developed his drug trafficking business in the city of Los Santos with his organization members Arturo Arrellano and Juanito Arboledda. Arturo Arrellano is known among drug kingpins for his persistence and evasion of authorities, aided by alleged bribes to San Andreas federal, state and local officials. Juanito Arboledda is known among drug kingpins for his brutality and evasion from authorities by various tactics such as making drug shipments through mail delivery services, shipping services and other means. Eventually, the two were entrusted to handle the entire operation while Joaquin Arrellano would secure the drug shipments. A massive manhunt by the Narcotics Division failed to catch Arboledda for years. During his years on the run he became a very difficult man for the federal police to catch and Arboledda's status in the city of Los Santos became very dangerous. His reluctance to be apprehended by law enforcement made him an almost legendary figure in San Andreas drug folklore; stories abound that Arrelanno-Arboleda would sometimes walk into restaurants, his bodyguards would confiscate people's mobile phones, he would finish his meal, and then leave after paying everyone's bill.

Rumours abound that Arrelanno-Arboleda has been seen in various parts of Los Flores. For more than thirteen years. But Juaquin Arrellano suddenly disappeared. Rumours abound that he was captured by the federal police and military and some say he was murdered and his body thrown into the sea to eliminate his trail. Since Juaquin Arrellano's death, his two confidants are now handling this major operation. Many people speculated that this would be the beginning of the downfall of the Arrellano-Arboledda Organization but the reality is that the Arrellano-Arbolledda Organization is getting bigger but they are hiding themselves from the locals until the locals believe that the Arrellano-Arbolledda Organization does not exist.

The End of Arrelanno-Arbolleda.

The story continues at the end of 2023. The Arrellano-Arbolledda Organization has completely disappeared from the criminal underworld. Until now, this group name has not been heard. Some speculate that it has disintegrated and others speculate that the organization has changed its name and its members have faked their identities and started over. Juanito Arboledda and Arturo Arrellano didn't want to destroy a huge operation that had been around for a long time. So they decided to stay borders of the country, keep they identities to stay low-profile. They did this to trick the federal police and the Los Santos military who were still looking all members of Arrellano-Arbolledda Organization. The year continues until 2024. The federal police who knew that Arrellanno-Arbolleda had disappeared without a trace decided to stop looking for the whereabouts of Arrellanno-Arbolleda and some local residents disagreed with this decision because Arrellanno-Arbolledda had made them all unsafe but the federal police and military had decided to withdraw this report and would stop looking for their whereabouts.

The Beginning After The End

In early 2025, after feeling safe, Arturo and Juanito left the country's borders and returned to the city to start their new underground business, they started by opening a small delivery company, pawnshop, and laundry as a front for their upcoming underground business. The Willowfield area was chosen, an area with a lower level of security that suited the conditions they needed. They began contacting their former members from the previous organization to help run the business. After gathering a few members, they started their illicit business, bypassing the legal businesses they had, such as drug smuggling, human smuggling, money laundering, exorting, and more. Although they don't have strong ties to the cartel from the state of Sinaloa, that's where they can get abundant supplies of drugs such as heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, and synthetic opioids such as fentanyl and they traffic South American Cocaine. They are very careful in running their business, it really has to be safe not to leave even a trace. They will do anything to ensure that their business is safe from the police and business competitors. They do not hesitate to kill anyone to keep their business running, such as killing, kidnapping, and so on.

Long story short, their business went just as Arturo and Joaquin had envisioned, with hardly any hitches in their business journey. It's now arguably the biggest business in San Andreas.
