He was born to a mother named Eliis Jennifer, he has a father named Carlo Rodrigo who in his neighborhood is called Drigo or they call him "Hood". Hick's father and mother are gangsters in their neighborhood and are known for their good nature as members of a big gangster, they often help neighbors who are in need of help but not in the form of money. Hick's family is a poor family because his parents are often in and out of prison because they are caught selling drugs, illegal firearms and committing murder during gang wars. Some time later Haley grew up and was 12 years old, he began to follow in the footsteps of his parents because at school Hick often caused riots such as fighting, carrying sharp weapons and often not going to school without permission. Hick was raised strictly by his parents because they lived in an environment full of challenges and dangers, namely the area of his parents' gang, they were often attacked by other gangs and often they were the ones who carried out the attacks. Hick often heard screams, gunshots and cries from somewhere during the attack, as a result Hick became accustomed to things that smelled of violence. Finally after Hick was 22 years old he felt very deep sadness, starting from both of his parents died due to being attacked by another gang, his house was destroyed and burned by another gang and his friends who had gone who knows where. Hick decided to leave Cerritos and go to Los Santos to start a new life. Hick has found a new friend named Carlos Bernando, Carlos is a boy who has lived in Los Santos for a long time and Carlos will become Hick's close friend while in Los Santos.
