ANARCUTE Posted April 7, 2025 Posted April 7, 2025 Harmony Green Homes 501 Arbor Vitae Street, Harmony Oaks, Los Santos Harmony Green Homes is public housing project managed by the Los Santos Housing Authority (LSHA), located in the Harmony Oaks neighborhood of Los Santos. Established in the mid-20th century, it was once home to over 8,000 residents, most of whom lived in mid-and high-rise apartement complexes. Over the years, Harmony Green developed a reputation for crime, poverty and urban neglect. The name "Harmony-Green" Became synonymous with the challanges stigma surrounding public housing in Los Santos. In 1995, LSHA began the gradual demolition of the aging towers, citing structural decay and unsafe living conditions. The final high-rise was torn down 2011. Today, only the original three-story rowhouses remain. The area is now primarily inhabited by and individuals who migrated from New York, including boroughs like the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Harlem. Bringing with them elements of street politics and music the NYC drill scene. Oaks Youngsters, also known as the OY or OYG is a predominantly African-American based street gang/set based entirely in the Los Santos, 501 Arbor Vitae Street. Newly formed cet around 2024 founded by Tracey Colt and his gang Olin Moss, Kaprice Love, Earl Kross and Tivonte Ellison they called themselves the big five, there is no OGs there because they just started the youngsters gang in the Harmony Green Project. The culture and image around "gangbanging" in Los Santos has evolved for better and for worse. When the first gang-banging aroused in the city of Los Santos, it was mostly African American males and females trying to put food on their table, or seeking protection and power. But in the current years, gangbanging has become a violent war between rival sets ,they are local young men aged fifteen to twenty, they are addicted to drill rap a genre known for its aggressive beats, violent lyrics, and street-oriented content. Drill music originated in Chicago but has seen a significant rise in popularity in New York City, particularly in neighborhoods like the Bronx and Brooklyn. BACK IN THE YEAR Back in the day before the founding of Oaks Youngsters. the Terror Town Bosses also known as the young Bosses or TTBz had already been established. They were originally under the umbrella of the Crips, specifically the Wild Card Crips (WCC). The gang operated under the leadership of Marcus Ward and Dough Clifton, but the streets were mainly controlled by Nemiah West. Tracey Colt, Nemiah's younger brother, also played in the crew. The Downfall of the Terror Town Bosses era came from heavy pressure and growing street competition. Many TTBz members ended up in prison, including Nemiah West. On top of that, a lot of them lost their lives to the streets. By 2023, the Terror Town Bosses had collapsed, and the Harmony Green Project was taken over by their rivals who brought US Drill culture into Los Santos. But their reign didn't las long. Not long after taking over Harmony Green, the rival gang was ambushed by them FBI during a major drug bust. After that, Harmony Green entered a quite era, no young people hanging out, no more shootouts or stabbings. Just peace. RISE OF THE OAKS YOUNGSTERS In the heart of the Los Santos, amidst the crumbling towers of the Harmony Green Project, a new force in the city's street scene was born. It all started in early 2024, when Tracey Colt and his gang Olin Moss, Kaprice Love, Earl Kross and Tivonte Ellison young and hungry for power came together under the banner of the Oaks Youngsters. Tired of living in the shadow of the older, more established gangs, they decided to carve out their own space in the city. The five of them, with their diverse backgrounds but a shared hunger for respect, took control of their block. They called themselves "The Big Five" not just for their numbers but for the ambition that radiated from every move they made. There were no OGs to follow this was their time to rise. For them, the streets weren't just a way of survival they were the battlegrounds where their names would be etched in the city's history. The Oaks Youngsters quickly became known for their ruthless drive and unique take on gang culture. Unlike the older generations who fought over turf for decades, the OY's foucsed on their future. They were heavily influenced by the fast paced world of US drill rap, a genre that perfectly captured their chaotic, aggresive, and energetic way of life. Drill Music, with its hard beats and unapologetic lyrics, becae the soundtrack to their rise. But it wasn't just about music it was about spreading their massage throught the city. As their name and reputation grew, they used the power of the streets and the mic to connect with others, brought young men and women from across Los Santos who shared the same desire for control, money and respect. The OY gang wasn't just a set, it was a movement. They weren't the biggest but they quickly became one of the most feared, a new breed of gang that blended street business with the fast-growing rap scene. As their influence expanded, so did their opps. Rival gangs who had once ruled the streets, felt threatened by this new wave of young power. But the OY gang wasn't afraid. They knew the game had changed the old ways of muscle and intimidation weren't enough anymore. To truly dominate Los Santos, they needed to adapt. They launched high-profile raids, pulled off daring heists and even started running underground events, all while pushing their drill music into the spotlight. They represented more than just the streets of Los Santos they were a symbol of change, of young ambition in a city where power was everything. But even as their power grew, so did the risk. The Oaks Youngster gang had to walk a fine line, balancing their loyalty to the streets and their desire to stay ahead of the game. It was a constant battle, but one thing was clear the Oaks Youngsters weren't going anywhere they were just getting started.
