They went through very tough challenges together until they reached the peak of their journey together to get their own organization, they ran it together until they got people they trusted they got an illegal business like a drug dealer. They both had their own crew and had their own people until the clash between Matson's organization and the middle-class market organization came to Matson to immediately lift his feet from the organization or his family would be destroyed in front of him, Matson who initially had the courage to continue his plans in the business he owned has now been dashed but he has a loyal friend with Heinrich who still supports him even though he has lifted his feet from the organization they created together and now Matson's crew has entered Heinrich's crew. Everyone in the business now considers Heinrich as the leader of his organization and has forgotten Matson, but one member of the organization does not accept if the assets of the business money he owns in the organization are distributed 50 percent to Matson. His name is Ryota, Ryota does not want his business to be distributed to outsiders and is forced to invite all members to threaten Heinrich to quit his organization or his father who is in the hospital will be killed by all of them, Heinrich did not move with the threat and before Heinrich left Ryota had a plan to kill Matson but not in the name of his organization but through Heinrich. Ryota decided to kill Matson no later than November 12 or his father would be killed directly, Heinrich who lost his way with how to kill Matson seemed confused and lost his way to choose his best friend or his own father. The awaited date was only two days left, Heinrich had decided to choose his father and would immediately go abroad to erase Matson's sins and also disappear with his father. Exactly at 13.30 Matson sent a message to help him deliver to the store to buy equipment at his house and Heinrich rushed to Matson's house on his motorbike, after they bought equipment at the store Matson invited Heinrich to get some fresh air in his childhood place to remember their stories long ago. Heinrich also carried out his duty to invite Matson to go to Ocean Docks to meet the one who would kill his father because he had just received information from his friend who would kill his father without realizing Matson was fooled by Heinrich's trick to kill him there by being monitored by their organization, they both went to Ocean Docks and Heinrich borrowed his gun from Matson to pretend to shoot his father's threatening but Heinrich quickly pointed Matson's head. Matson who was shocked by it did not expect that his childhood friend would now betray him and there was nothing he remembered when Heinrich pointed a gun at him, Matson who could not do anything and surrendered himself to Heinrich. Heinrich cried and apologized to Matson for betraying him because the organization they both built was now in disarray, Heinrich pulled the trigger on his gun and shot Matson in the head and Matson died at Ocean Docks on November 11.
