realstdroppin Posted March 2, 2025 Posted March 2, 2025 ROLLIN40sNEIGHBORHOODCRIPS. The West Side (W/S) Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips is an old, active African-American street gang established in West Los Santos, San Andreas, during the 1970s. They control a wide territory from Crenshaw Blvd on the west to Figueroa Avenue on the east, between Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd to 52nd Street a region that falls within the Southwest Division of the LSPD. Rollin 40s falls under the Neighbor Hood Crips and West Side Crips "cards" and has affiliations with the majority of the Deuce (2x) gangs. Rollin 40s is a highly violent street gang with a criminal reputation of violence, Members of this crew have been found wearing baby blue apparel and displaying Florida Marlins or Milwaukee Brewers traits as their gang membership. Neighbor Hood Crips "hit up". The Letter "H" is crossed out to show disrespect to the Hoover Criminals gang. The "Deuce (2x)" or "Neighbor Hood Crips" card is an alliance reference to a number of street gangs that are affiliated with the Neighbor Hood Crips as well as Rollin 0's card. The majority of the sets affiliated with the Deuce (2x) card are based on the original West Side Crips gang. A number of Deuces (2x) cliques are also affiliated with the Blocc Crips, which is its own unique Crip card. When the war between the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips began in 1979, surrounding neighborhoods east and west of the 110 Freeway in Los Santos found themselves taking sides and allegiances with either one of the two super gangs. Those neighborhoods allied with the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips (many of whom were west of the 110 Freeway) began referring to themselves as NHC or Neighbor Hood Crips while those neighborhoods allied with the 83 Gangsters on the eastern side of the 110 Freeway adopted the Gangster Crips card. This feud is accountable for most of the Crip on Crip bloodshed throughout L.S. Region. Crip syndicates which represent the Deuce(2x) card includes: Neighbor Hood Crips and Rollin 0's, Rollin 100s Crips, Hard Time Hustler Crips, East Coast Crips, Mafia Crips, West Boulevard Crips, Geer Gang Crips and the Raymond Avenue Crips. There are many different sets claiming the NHC card, each with its own alliances, rivalries and history. DAY IN FOUR VILLE! Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips comprise a group of significant cliques, i.e., Western Side, Avenues, Park Sides (VSP - Vermont Square Park), and Darkside. Western Side is the majority of the gang which functions in the west half of their territory and has deep experience of gang activity in Los Santos. The Avenues or Davis Avenue Hustlers are crew that emerged in the early and mid-1980s that was primarily concerned with economic crime, as the crew is composed of largely African-American members established around 42nd Street. Park Sides or VSP for Vermont Square Park operated from approximately Vermont Square Park, who grew to become a hub to rollin 40s affiliation. Meanwhile, Darkside is also known as the violent half of the gang structure and operates in an area called "Darkside" under Rollin 40s' territory. Although all fall under the Rollin 40s, each clique has its nature within its operations and territories. #PARKSIDEFORTIESCRIPS Parkside Crips, or Rollin 40s Parkside Crips, is one of the main cliques of the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips, a gang that has operated in West Los Santos since the 1970s. "Parkside" refers to their territory centered on Vermont Square Park, a park that is a rallying point for members of the clique and a component of their identity. Parkside Crips shared borders with other Rollin 40s cliques, such as Western Side Crips, Avenues, and Darkside Crips. They are all under the Rollin 40s umbrella, yet each clique is distinct in terms of culture, interests, and dynamics that at times create friction between them. Because the Parkside Crips are a clique near Vermont Square Park, they are strongly identified with the neighborhood. They often use the park as a place to meet, share information, and get to know other gang members. Their affiliation with the Rollin 40s is evident in their use of the Crips' identifying blue color, gang symbols, and other features that identify them as such. Although they belong to the same gang, Parkside Crips' relations with other cliques such as Darkside Crips are not constant and may vary, depending on the situation and the interests of each group. Sometimes they cooperate in the face of external opposition, but simultaneously, internal rivalries and struggles for power may also cause tensions. Aside from the internal relations within Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips. BETWEEN COZY 40s VS 60s! The Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips were largely suspected of killing one of the members of the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, sparking a series of revenge activities from both gangs. The incident fueled long-standing tensions, opening the floodgates of violence for years. Although a ceasefire was officially declared in 2006, earlier violence and personal grudges between some members continue to make their relationship complicated. On many occasions, tensions still simmer and boil over, especially when members of both gangs feel their borders are being invaded or earlier insults revisited. This renders the relationship between the Rollin 40s and Rollin 60s volatile, with ceasefires that at any given time can spiral into violent confrontations. Furthermore, the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips have complex affiliations with the other gangs in Los Santos. They used to have a close relationship with the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, which was then considered one of the most powerful alliances among the Crip gangs. But that bond is done now, and a number of internal and external factors caused the breakup. Rollin 40s were also allied with Rollin 50s Neighborhood Crips, although the connection is not as strong today as it once was. Despite their internal conflicts in the past, the Rollin 40s remain allied with the 46 Neighborhood Crips and the 48 Neighborhood Crips, two gangs also based in nearby locations. However, the relationship has never been completely harmonious because the three gangs have a history of wars and tensions that sometimes resurface to this day. Or, on the other hand, they have been aligned with the Raymond Avenue Crips, Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 100s Crips, and various gangs under the Blocc Crips umbrella, which makes them a force to be reckoned with in the Los Santos gang scene. In the context of the relationship with Rollin 60s, there exists a single exception for the Darkside Rollin 40s clique, which still considers the Rollin 60s to be the archenemy. Whereas the other Rollin 40s cliques are more open to peace, Darkside holds on to past grievances, and they are one of the factors that maintain simmering tensions. This illustrates how inter-gang relations in Los Santos are not solely predicated on general affiliation but are also governed by internal inter-clique relations, violent histories, and interpersonal relations among members.
