During the day Casemiro was guarding one of the bars in Montgomery, El Galeron, there he was calculating the monthly income from the business while guarding the bar, that afternoon it was his shift to guard the bar and coincidentally the bar was quiet because it had just been renovated and several buildings around the bar were changed so access to the bar was a bit blocked so Casimiro relaxed to guard the bar.

then someone came with a big bag on his body and asked Casimiro for a drink then Casimiro asked what drink he wanted to order then the man asked for the best drink at the bar, Casimiro was making a drink for the man but Casimiro looked suspicious of the man because he was watching around the bar but Casimiro ignored it and continued to make the man's drink, while making the drink the man also asked Casimiro about the bar business, about the number of workers and some of the prices of bottles of drinks here and the shifts of workers here, but Casimiro still did not suspect this man.

After finishing making the drink the man continued his work to calculate the monthly income seeing the large amount of money the man was tempted to do something, then when he wanted to pay he asked Casimiro how much the total drink was then Casimiro asked for a few dollars for his drink but the man instead took his big bag then took his gun then pointed it at Casimiro, Casimiro panicked then gave the money to the man then rushed to run, but unfortunately while running the man fired several shots right at Casimiro's back after that Casimiro begged not to be killed but he was still killed by the man by firing three bullets right at Casimiro's head.
