_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Norteños (Spanish: for Northerners), or Norteñas for females, is a coalition of Mexican street gangs who pay tribute to Nuestra Familia (Our Family). Norteños identify with the color red; the number 14  (“XIV/ X4) , which signifies N, the 14th letter of the alphabet; and the huelga bird. PROLOUGE Varrio Del Costra 14 also known as VDC 14 is a small group that represents a Mexican-American criminal street gang that has been formed since the 1960s, the Norteños. VDC 14 itself was formed by Mexican-American natives living in the Jefferson area. VDC 14 was formed in early 2022 by a group of young people around Jefferson and as time passed many people began to join them, including factory workers who were also employed by them to sell drugs and become informants.   The Beginning      New Era in Lisbon Street   Lisbon Street is a sector where high levels of criminal activity such as drug sales, murders, gang wars and thefts are common. In 2018, an Asian gang formed in the area and made it a hotbed for the sale of illegal goods, at which point Latinos began to relocate to the north side of Jefferson due to discrimination and threats made by the gang. However, after only a few years of rule, the gang was eventually crippled by the authorities due to a massive raid that made Jefferson a gangster-neutral sector again and was used by the Latinos to take back their homes and property in the area. After the movement of Latinos to Jefferson, a man named Emilio Vargos, often called by people around him as “Milo”, appeared. Milo is a person who migrated from California to Jefferson, Los Santos to find work because he was on the run from the California City Police. No one knows the reason for him running from the police, but he has managed to make good relations with the local residents and build one of the families with them. With the incident that happened last time, Milo came up with the thought of selling drugs. He started small, and slowly he was recruited by people around him, who were young men who were local people. The settlement in the Jefferson area is a neighborhood of middle to lower class people where most of them work as factory laborers. In 2019, Milo's drug sales group grew and began to spread to other areas east of Los Santos and, because of the increasing number of members spreading drugs, he came up with an idea for forming an association based on protecting people around them to get their attention and making them feel safe. Milo dubbed their association “Nuestra Lucha”, which was only meant to reflect and mask the crimes they were committing because of their protective nature. SEASON I: NUESTRA LUCHA, NUESTRA GENTE Nuestra Lucha or N. L is a neighborhood family group that was formed by Emilio “Milo” Vargos in the Lisbon Street area. Nuestra Lucha acts as a protector of the community and always supports and puts the community first. As time went on, members of Nuestra Lucha became a topic of conversation for people from North Jefferson to East Los Santos. Stories began to spread and people on Lisbon Street felt safe due to the family nature of Nuestra Lucha. But behind all this, many people do not know the dark side of N. L itself. Nuestra Lucha secretly trafficked narcotics and drugs to various areas in Los Santos. In the middle of 2021, Milo thought of forming a gangster group where everything was related to what had happened to the Latinos and where they all came from. After Milo came up with the idea, he began to gather many family members from Nuestra Lucha and offered them to join the gang he was going to form and the first to volunteer were several young men named Pacheco “Heco” Chicharito, Macario “Mac” Pandoja, Juan “Miro” Casper, Berto Gusedardo, from there they formed a small gang called Varrio Del Costra 14. As time went on, the name of VDC 14 began to soar due to their fame in the dark world. Due to the increase in names, the police from the LSPD began to arrest them and made Milo the main suspect who formed the gang group. At the time of Milo's arrest, he had given Heco a mandate to continue his gang activities while he was in prison and asked them to start acquiring more of Jefferson County in order to strengthen their territory and also recruit local youths as their workers and also take part in the gang. In 2022, a Latin gang was officially formed which was once small and now began to grow due to the influence of the local Jeffersonian population. The name of the Latin gang group was Varrio Del Costra 14. The gang's influence has begun to grow since the formation of Nuestra Lucha, which has been led by Milo, a figure who organizes his group in doing good for the community in order to win the hearts of all of them to fully support the gang he formed, namely VDC 14. In early 2022, the verdict on the trial of Emilio Vargos, or often called Milo, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison, which was included in the case of selling narcotics and drugs, as well as a Latin gang leader located in the Jefferson area. Since the time Milo entered the VDC 14 detention cell, it has been held almost completely by Heco, who is a confidant in organizing the gang, and Heco also leads with full consideration to Milo's mandate to him before entering the prison.   Kami tidak menutup keinginan kamu untuk mencoba ber-roleplay di fraksi ini, namun sebelum mencoba bergabung atau ber-roleplay dengan fraksi ini alangkah baiknya kamu memahami dulu apa itu Modern Street Gang, Street Gang Culture, Norteños Culture. Perlu diingat, kami sangat respect dengan orang yang memiliki ETIKA.  Varrio Del Costra 14 berpacu pada aturan server ini, tidak ada kesempatan kedua bagi mereka yang sudah berhasil bergabung dengan kami jika terkena break rules. Maka dari itu kami juga tidak dapat menerima player-player yang masih sering berkunjung ke kandang ular dan sering membuat keonaran dalam segi OOC. Fraksi ini menggunakan bahasa inggris dalam ber-roleplay, namun kami tidak menutup bagi kalian yang belum paham dan mengerti bahasa inggris untuk masuk kedalam fraksi ini. Perlu digaris bawahi, kami memang menerima jika kalian memakai bahasa indonesia, namun sangat jauh kemungkinan kamu akan nyaman disini jika kamu tidak mau belajar dan mengerti bahasa inggris, karena disini kita sama sama mempelajari hal-hal baru.   FAQ Quote Q: Ini fam apa sih?
