Insane Verona Lokos 13 (IVL13) is a predominantly two races street gang, which is African-American and Mexican-American that's based in Western area of Verona Beach. Insane Verona Lokos is small gang that operated in the Western of LS, they keeping the ties with Mexican Mafia and the one of the sets that under Sureño brand. This gang was formed by two races because of fighting a racism that happened in Verona area. Insane Verona Lokos has a several of cliques that has been active on the streets, there are Wino Lokos (WLS), and Nightmares (NRS). these two cliques will be the most important and active cliques that represented the Insane Verona Lokos 13.

 

HOW IT'S GOING?

In 2016, German Brambila and Ricky Moss were tight with other African-American and Mexican-American youth in Verona Beach, a hood on the west side of Los Santos. By 2019, beef between Mexicans and Africans got wild, spilling out across the city. In 2020, a riot popped off in Verona Beach, with Africans trying to push Mexicans out. German, Ricky, and the locals squashed the riot, standing against the hate. Not long after that, they formed a group called Insane Verona Lokos to stand together and protect their hood. After Carlos "Filthy" Tevez and Juan "Smokey" Nazal got killed in the chaos, German and Ricky started the Insane Verona Lokos to protect the block. The Mexicans linked with the Mexican Mafia, adding '13' to the name, while the Africans stayed loyal, keeping the gang together as part of the Sureños. After even perfecting Insane Verona Lokos 13, German and Ricky heard about the Venice Shoreline Crips (VSC) in Rodeo but paid them no mind, focusing on their drug business. However, when the VSC came to Verona Beach and beat one of their young members, German and Ricky decided to retaliate. They gathered their crew and went to Rodeo, where they confronted and beat the VSC members.

 

VERONA IN PEACE

There was an incident that happened to Ricky Moss in 2020, Ricky accidentally entered the Rodeo area, which is Venice Shoreline Crips trenches. When Ricky stopped at the side of the road he was approached by a group of people who asked Ricky why he was coming to the Rodeo, but Ricky didn't tell him his purpose, then the people tell Ricky to drive away from Rodeo. Before he left, Ricky's car window was broken by the rival gang members and Ricky was forced out by a group of people. They searched the things Ricky was carrying, and found a gun and some cocaine with him. Without saying much, the rival gang-members beat Ricky and took him into the one of Venice members' houses. Then Ricky was tortured and then got shot until he died horribly, they threw Ricky's body in front of the Verona hood, how shocked people were to see the body of Ricky who had been shot and covered in blood. And Verona members, Kevin "Lefty" Navarro and Cesar "Joker" Calibra who found out immediately came to the scene, they were sad and discussed the incident with German to do a payback.

 

AFTERMATH

Long story about Ricky Moss, now he can rest in peace. The situation in the gang became chaotic and resulted in the two races in the gang was feuding and blaming each other, and several members quitting the gang. German "BigDumper" Brambila took action by making payback against the Venice Shoreline Crips, German "BigDumper" Brambila gathered its members, including Kevin "Lefty" Navarro, Cesar "Joker" Calibra and Yadean "Blanko" Wiley to avenge what happened to Ricky. The four of them carried out their action at night using an SUV. They entered the Rodeo area and looked for members of the Venice Crips who were still at their trenches. They found two people who were new members of the Venice Shoreline Crips, at that moment they broke the car window and opened fire on the two people which resulted in one person becoming a victim while another ran away, but they didn't let that person run, because he could be used as an eyewitness and victim of the incident. They continued to chase and shoot at the people from Venice until they encountered SAPD in front of Santa Maria Beach. There, they panicked and got out of the car. Kevin, Yadean, and Cesar survived but not German, he was still chased by SAPD until he gave up.

 

PRESENT DAY

Long after German was arrested, Kevin and Cesar went to the place where German was being detained. German was charged with attempted murder and exploiting cocaine. Kevin and Cesar as German's trusted members visited him in prison, German looked fine because he had joined as a member of the Mexican Mafia, which controlled all the Sureño sets, including Insane Verona Lokos. German told Kevin and Cesar to took over control of the gang and become the new Big Lokos and German was ordered to tax the Insane Verona Lokos set. In order to protect Kevin and the gangs. The gang under the new leadership is hustling more money than past, Insane Verona Lokos is deep with gun and drugs business. Besides that, they must keep the hood safe and tight to avoid another member's memorial post on the streets.
