Vickys Town 13 also known as VST13 is a Mexican-American criminal street gang organized in Los Flores, Los Santos. Initially founded by two people, namely Beldad Cambeiro and Saul Casaus in early 2011. They were initially just a Hispanic group that fought discrimination from African American groups in Los Colinas, and they developed and began to have connections with the Mexican Mafia for drug distribution.

 

At the end of 2010, Beldad Cambeiro and Saul Casaus often gathered with Mexican residents in Los Flores, the eastern part of Los Santos, and had relationships and played together in their neighborhood, however, at the beginning of 2011 they began to have interracial clashes with African Americans who are above Los Colinas and the Mexican American race in Los Flores, this clash made the African American race and the Mexican American race into chaos by mocking each other to the point of fighting and also fighting in the Los Flores area, this incident was quite big in Los Santos, in the afternoon On March 22, 2011, the Mexican group in the Los Flores area was carrying out normal and calm activities, but suddenly there was an African group walking in the Los Flores area.

 

A group containing young Mexicans who were gathered in the Los Flores area suddenly pulled out their weapons and started shooting at the Mexican group, this incident resulted in the death of two young Mexicans in a place named Carlos and Pablo, Beldad and his friend Saul heard about this incident and they didn't let this happen again, Beldad and his friend Saul started to gather and quickly attracted young Hispanic people or students in Los Flores to begin creating a group and giving the name to their group Vickys Town 13 or which is known as VST13 in Los Flores, then declared its territory in Los Flores, the eastern part of Los Santos. The three main rows of apartments became the area of authority.

 

 On the night of July 1, 2011, Beldad and Saul met someone who claimed to be under La Eme. They discussed running a business selling drugs in the Los Flores area. They both agreed that with the help of this person, they started proclaiming the Mexican Mafia Group or La Eme in Los Flores. Then, they spread it to the young people of Mexico in Los Flores to spread it to several areas, and they also spread it to schools or universities in Los Santos after getting profits from sales, they use it to support their actions against the African American race in Los Colinas, to protect the Hispanic race or the Mexican American race in Los Flores.

 

Vicky's Town 13 or VT13 or known as the Victorianos is a Mexican-American street gang. This factions portrays the modern life of Hyspanic race teenagers.
