$Augustus$ Posted August 18, 2024 Posted August 18, 2024 John Gulet (John in an interview after the War on Terror, 2012) John was born in Newark, New Jersey in March 15 1984, his father was a veteran of the first Gulf War that occured between 1990-1991, his father served in the 1st Cavalry Division that made several tours around Iraq, he survived the Desert Shield and Desert Storm, after the war ended he decided to take discharge paper to go home and build a proper functional family with his wife, John later grew up as an average kid living the American dream up until he was fifteen year old, his parents were shot and killed in a mass gang shooting in Bronx. John later adopted by his father's best man, he is also a veteran of the Gulf War, after being adopted John fell into depression due to his parents passing but his step-father encouraged him to be strong and be strong he did. At the age of eighteen, John was sent to USMC bootcamp to be ready for the invasion of Iraq on the upcoming War on Terror, he was assigned to 3rd Battalion of the 5th Marines Regiment. The war was so severe, John partook in Operation of Iraqi Freedom, he fought in the infamous Second Battle of Fallujah in 2004, he was also later partook in Operation of Phantom Fury or known by the Iraqi as Al Fajr, it was one of the biggest battle in the entire campaign, John was shot on his left leg by an Iraqi marksman and later transported to a medic camp to be treated and to be ready again for the next battle. After the US withdrawal from Iraq in 2011, John was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant due to his mental state where he's not able to serve anymore for the next Afghanistan war on terror, he was sent back to the US to his home in Newark where his step-father welcomed him with a warm hug. After coming back from his tours in Iraq, John was still struggling adjusting to his new civilian life, he quickly fell into depression and had minor PTSD episodes, he tried multiple therapy but none of them seems to have any impact on him. John later found out that his new hobby is riding a motorcycle around the city, he also found out that there's a motorcycle club in Newark that was founded by the veterans of the Gulf War, he was really intrigued because his father served in that war and was in the same unit as the veterans that created the club. John decided to hang around and ride together with the club, John was accepted and respected because of his time in Iraq and his father involvement in 1st Cavalry Division even though his father wasn't the veteran that created the club but nonetheless they still hold a high respect for the veterans during the Gulf War and the Iraq War. The mental state of John is finally getting better day by day and in January of 2014 John was patched as one of their member and has been a loyal member since until this day, he was later sent to the city of Los Santos in the state of San Andreas in back out West to establish a new chapter of his motorcycle club.
