Untitled-2   Harmony Green Homes are a  Los Santos Housing Authority (LSHA) public housing project on the 501 Arbor Vitae Street of Los Santos, Harmony Oaks. At its peak, Harmony-Green was home to 8,000 people, mostly living in mid- and high-rise apartment buildings. Crime and neglect created hostile living conditions for many residents, and "Harmony-Green" became a metonym for problems associated with public housing in the Los Santos. In 1995, LSHA began tearing down dilapidated mid- and high-rise buildings, with the last demolished in 2011. Today, only the original three-story rowhouses remain and Harmony-Green is mostly inhabited by people who migrated from New York such as the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Harlem.

Wild Card Crips, also known as the WCC is a predominantly African-American based street gang/set based entirely in the Los Santos, 501 Arbor Vitae Street. Newly formed cet around 2010 founded by Marcus Ward and Dough Clifton they became known as the Los Santos Crip and gained a strong reputation as the only street gang that showed no fear of the premature and early BD gang located around the Harmony Oaks areas of Los Santos and as a result, they were one of the first gangs to come into violent conflict with BD, culminating in the murder of 2018's Top by a WCC member. The culture and image around "gangbanging" in Los Santos has evolved for better and for worse. When the first gang-banging aroused in the city of Los Santos, it was mostly African American males and females trying to put food on their table, or seeking protection and power. But in the current years, gangbanging has become a violent war between rival sets, spurring a seemingly unstoppable blood bath across all of Los Santos, stemming from the usual areas around Idlewood.

Nemiah West is a black man from New York, South Bronx. Nemiah lives with his parents in Mitchell Projects. After graduating from middle school, Nemiah West was kicked out of his house because he was caught by his parents selling drugs in the Mitchell Projects area. Nemiah West sold the drugs, actually, because he wanted to help his parents' economy. Mitchell Projects is also a place that supports selling illegal goods because of the many gangsters in the Mitchell Projects area. Nemiah West is also one of the gangsters from the area called Rollin 60's Original Maniac Crips. Children who are still very young have become members of gangsters in the area, which is common. Because he was caught by his parents selling illegal drugs, Nemiah West was taken to Los Santos by his parents to continue his high schooling in Los Santos with his brother. because both of his parents saw his two older brothers from Nemiah West being successful in Los Santos, without his parents knowing that his two older brothers were the founders of the Wild Card Crips in the area where his older brothers lived. Nemiah West has two brothers named Marcus Ward and Dough Clifton. Marcus Ward and Dough Clifton have lived in Los Santos for approximately 12 years. Marcus Ward and Dough Clifton live in Harmony-Green Projects Los Santos, Marcus Ward, and Dough Clifton have blended in with the people around him who happen to be Harmony-Green Project, which is filled with people who migrated from New York. Nemiah West's parents brought Nemiah West to Los Santos hoping that Nemiah West would be better than before when he lived in New York, without them knowing Marcus Ward and Dough Clifton are the OGs of Wild Card Crips.

Nemiah West attends Santa Fe High School. Nemiah West meets his new friends at his new school, some of whom are closest to him: Sharga Kheweembe, Maynard Collins, and Rahnelle Maraj. Some teenagers from Santa Fe High School have their own circle; they consist of about ten people, and they often hang out at "Harmony-Green" after school. Nemiah West lives with his brother. So they are free to do whatever they want at "Harmony-Green," especially if Nemiah West's brother is the OG of the local crip, "Wild Card Crips," the hood crip that is located in Harmony-Green. One night, Wild Card Cripps was pulled by BD. Dough Clifton was in there when Wild Card Crips got pulled. Dough Clifton was hit by a.44 caliber bullet through his chest, and he died. Nemiah West, who heard gunshots that night, immediately called his brother, who was hanging out in the Wild Card Crips hood. Nemiah West immediately checked there a few minutes after the shooting. Nemiah West saw Dough Clifton bleeding on his chest. He rushed to help him, but no one helped. Dough Clifton died that night. Nemiah West and his one brother, Marcus Ward, did not accept what had happened to Dough Clifton. Day by day goes on, Wild Card Crips planned something—something that was the essence of Marcus Ward making this set. Marcus Ward planned for Wild Card Crips to take revenge on BD for Dough Clifton, Nemiah West, Sharga Kheweembe, Maynard Collins, and Rahnelle Maraj. At that moment, they left with Wild Card Crips that night, and immediately they shot at BD's hood with WCC strapped. There was no resistance from BD. All of BD fell asleep that night, which was also made by WCC. Their big mistake was recorded on CCTV. Several friends of Nemiah West and Marcus Ward are being hunted by the Los Santos police with the CCTV evidence. Those the police are looking for are Nemiah West (17), Sharga Kheweembe (17), Maynard Collins (17), Rahnelle Maraj (17), and Marcus Ward (28). Only five of them were caught on CCTV, and the LSPD is currently investigating the five of them. Because of that incident, the four of them Nemiah West, Sharga Kheweembe, Maynard Collins, and Rahnelle Maraj are now affiliated as Wild Card Crips because of that crazy action done for Dough Clifton.

r-1   Young Bosses, TTBz or Terror Town Bosses is a new subset created by Nemiah West, Sharga Kheweembe, Rahnelle Maraj, and Maynard Collins, Young Bosses, are under the Wild Card Crips umbrella suggested by his brother Marcus Ward OG from WCC. This new subset intends to create a new generation from the area, which is mostly filled with New York youth living in Harmony-Green. Their activities include selling illegal goods such as cocaine, methamphetamine, and illegal weapons. They get the suppliers from their WCC set. Young Bosses started selling cocaine and meth in their schools because, basically, Young Bosses members are schoolchildren and young people from New York who immigrated to Harmony-Green. Marcus Ward managed to create a subset of WCC, and Young Bosses started to make a lot of money from selling these illegal goods. Because their network was already too big in their school, finally the four of them (Nemiah West, Maynard Collins, Rahnelle Maraj, and Sharga Kheweembe) were caught by the principal of their high school for selling cocaine in the Santa Fe school area. The four of them did not go to jail, but the four of them from TTBz who attended Santa Fe High School were fired from school and blacklisted from any school in Los Santos. They are no longer in school now, but the supply for other Young Bosses members does not stop; they still have some members who attend different schools with them because, basically, Young Bosses is filled by New York young stars from the Harmony-Green area, aged fifteen to eighteen years, and until now, Young Bosses. Now the territory of the new generation of Wild Card Crips is getting wider.
