               Barry walked into the L-Transporter parking lot with calm steps. He kept his waistline closed, hiding the pistol Fiachra had given him earlier. Across the lot, he saw a man leaning against a wall. This was Jemmiah. Barry approached slowly, keeping his hands relaxed. Jemmiah spoke quickly and unclearly, jumping from topic to topic. Barry listened carefully, trying to make sense of the words. Then he heard it by chance from Barry's questions: Manny was the boss of L-Transporter, and the man who had kidnapped Barry (refers to Giorgian) worked for Mr Manny. Barry’s jaw tightened. This was important information. He understood the situation more clearly now.

 

                He stayed calm, alert, and careful, watching Jemmaiah closely while keeping his own movements controlled. Jemmiah tried to act indifferent, but Barry could sense a subtle unease under his careless attitude. Barry did not back away. He stayed confident, aware of the pistol, and ready to defend himself if needed. Jemmiah even talk shit about Mr Manny, and Barry doesn't leave it alone because with Jemmiah words, Barry can use it as a bullet for the next day. After a few minutes, Barry turned and walked away. He had not only come to look for work—he had learned something important. He walked toward the street, thinking about what he had discovered. Manny was powerful, and Giorgian is a kidnapper was part of that organization. He knew he had to be careful with this knowledge. One wrong move could be dangerous. Even so, Barry felt stronger than before. He had stayed calm, confident, and collected in a tense situation. He carried more than information.
