Rowlands 'Owlands' Chesterfield is a young man from the UK who used to be a rich man but after a dark incident he fell into poverty because his confidant betrayed him and his money and shop were burned down by him. His parents were victims of the fire and in hospital, but he tried so hard to earn money that he went into the dark world, selling some illicit goods. Fate said otherwise, his parents died because he did not have time to pay the fees. From there he hated the government and continued in the dark. He eventually went to Los Santos to meet his friend Nathanielle.

It's been a few months since his life in Los Santos was like in the UK, selling illicit goods and having many business relations everywhere. In the evening Owlands contacted his business partner to ask about the goods, he chatted and the goods he was looking for had been obtained, Owland made an agreement with Thomas or called 'Tommy' the goods had to be sold out at a specified time, and the sales money had to go into Tommy's pocket, if he violated it, Owland faced death.

The following night Owland was contacted by his customer for goods, since Owland had just got the goods, Owland offered them to him. Small talk over, they had a meeting in the sewer. Precisely there they began to make transactions quickly so as not to be discovered by the Feds. The transaction was completed all went according to plan. A few days later Owland had the problem that he lost the money because it was used to cover his debts. The next day Owland was called by Tommy, Tommy asked about the money in his hand. Owland avoided giving the money because he had already used it up. When he was eating a burger at the restaurant, he heard footsteps, he looked towards him, it was Tommy who came to meet Owland, he panicked because Tommy was carrying a long barrel gun. Tommy was angry at the time, until Tommy pointed his gun at Owland, Owland with his thoughts he ran as fast as he could, unfortunately Owland at that time tripped over a chair and fell until his legs could not stand, Tommy took the opportunity to shoot Owland in the head with his gun, Owland was dead and his body was unknown.
