     Rowlands Chesterfield came from a wealthy family. His father owned a large clothing store, while his mother worked in a bank. Owland, as he is affectionately known, is very good at managing finances and running the family's clothing store business. He learnt this from his parents' upbringing. In the final semester of his third year of high school, Owland was entrusted with managing his elderly father's clothing store. Thanks to his expertise, the shop business ran smoothly and grew. 
 

     However, disaster struck when one of his confidants betrayed him. It turned out that the person had been spying for their business competitor. He took all of Owland's money, then set fire to his shop and home. Most tragically, Owland's parents were at home at the time and were victims of the fire and had to be rushed to hospital. The treatment was expensive, and Owland didn't have a cent. One day while he was grieving, Owland witnessed a group of people making illicit transactions. From there he thought that making money through illicit means was easier and faster. Soon after, Owland met Nathanielle Zephaniah who invited him to get involved in illegal business. Owland agreed and gave a lot of money from his crimes to Nate.

 

     After a month, Owland had collected enough money to pay for his parents' hospital bills. However, his parents had already passed away due to delayed treatment due to lack of money. From then on, Owland hated government institutions that were unable to provide healthcare for their people. After the incident, Owland was still being hunted by his business enemies. He was chased many times but managed to escape. Owland then contacted Nate again who turned out to be in the United States. Owland immediately travelled to the country to seek refuge and start a new life.
