Evil Diablos gang moved in and created their own set there. They all have connection with Mexican mafias (La-Eme) simbolyst "X3". This is gang as the most dangerious and active Sureños at South Los Santos. The Diablos gang began as a multiple amounts of street tagging-crews, in the area of Los Santos, one of those former tagging-crew name's being the Los Sick Felons (LSF). Before combining under the Diablos gang, Los Sick Felons (LSF) clique had a major rivalry with the Playboys Gangster Crip (PBGC), a feud that lasted for a few years, before eventually dying down. And their hood was holded by La Evileros as the leader at the Evil Diablos Gang. Diablos 13, and sometimes known as the D.I.A due to the very wild and merciless nature of the Surenos gang organization. Most of them are Mexican citizens or first generation Mexican-Americans. Famous on social media for the high level of crime committed by the diablos, making them slowly approach their peak, in their actions that embrace murder, prostitution, drugs, their publications are already well known. According to social media, and other valuable internet outlets, their influence continues to grow rapidly, throughout the Los Santos area. Union Hills East Los Santos is a place with a high crime rate, so ordinary people will be afraid and will take other paths because of the dangers that surround it. The Law Department is very often involved in sending intelligence, but because the location is cramped and dirty, it is very difficult to find information for them. Diablos 13 has beef with Crip Gang, 18 Gang. And therefore they claim the cards as Crip Killer and EightTeen Killer, as a sign of disrespect, and hatred towards their enemies. From their conflict or competition with these street gangs. Seen in everyday clothing, the Evil Diablos Gang consists of Los Angles Dodgers, San Francisco Giants, and Indianapolis Colts hats and is sometimes seen with a black, dark blue, and sometimes red bandana tied around the neck and also placed on the shoulders. In the last few years they have had beef with many gangs around Los Santos including Playboys Gangster Crips, 18 Gang, Bompton Bloods, 38st and many more which have made Evil Diablos being as the Public Enemy gang. 2016, The Evil Diablos experienced many major losses in territory and affiliation when many members and many older generations ended up dead, imprisoned, and simply hanging up their gang flag. 2019, Evil Diablos Gang begins to rise from adversity. Starting to have a new, younger generation located in Union Hill, South Los Santos. This new generation is Mostly made up of easier affiliates. Their violence has not decreased and according to many media they are becoming more violent as D.I.A and many of the younger generation are no less aggressive than the old generation. Carrying out criminal activity every day with lots of graffiti in public parts of the city, many murders that D.I.A could not handle which started many investigations from the Law Department. Gang affiliation is done to mark their territory, but if it is claimed by another gang and does not show respect, they will not hesitate to start aggressive actions. Evil Diablos 13 was seen in the Union Hills area of East Los Santos. The conflict between Diablos and Crips and 18 gang is still raging and is increasing all the time. In 2021, The Diablos have a new ongoing feud with Bompton bloods, Tiny Raskal gang. Starting from the conflict over territory, Evil Diablos 13 was considered Public Enemy. It started with Tiny Rascal spilling hot lead on members of the elite Diablos gang which started a heated conflict on both sides. Bompton Bloods begins the jump to Evil Diablos which sparks conflict into The Diablos. In the current situation, the Playboys Gangster Crips conflict is starting to subside. Having many enemies spread out, The Diablos decided to collaborate with another set of Surenos.
