$Liner7ner$ Posted May 7, 2024 Posted May 7, 2024 Ruiz_Manuelos 08/05/2000 A baby was born in Chicago, Illinois, right beside a busy Metro station the baby was left out alone he was abandoned by his mother right after giving birth, the baby then was found by an off-duty first responder that's working in Chicago Fire Department, the baby was found with his Umbilical cord wasn't clamps and barely breathing, the off-duty first responder then attempts to resuscitate the baby and after a few minutes the Ambulance has arrived and the baby was transported to the nearest hospital, turns out the baby is a male and premature and he needs to be put into incubator the Department Child and Family Services (DCFS) then was called to take over the baby custody temporarily. "Baby John Doe" is what the DCFS worker called a male baby that didn't have a name at the time the DCFS launched an investigation to find the baby's relatives but the DCFS couldn't find it because they weren't able to identify the baby's parents. A couple of weeks passed the baby is now can leave the incubator the DCFS started to find foster parents for the baby, and the baby was adopted by a couple from southside Chicago the couple then gave the baby the name "Ruiz Manuelos" for the first time the baby has a name. "A Clueless baby boy has been forced to be on the world, innocent boy has landed into a world full of hell." Ruiz Manuelos was adopted by a middle-aged couple (the Manuelos family) living in Roseland, South side of Chicago. for over the years living with the Manuelos family Ruiz has received abusive behavior from both of his foster parents and at the age of 12 (twelve) the DCFS noticed the abusive behavior in the household and decided to take over Ruiz's custody again. Ruiz is now taken to a new environment, he is taken to a foster home and after a few weeks the head of the foster home asks Ruiz to work/force labor in exchange for his food, and turns out all of the other kids on that Foster home is also forced to do work in exchange for their food, The work its self requires the children to assemble homemade bracelet, necklace or they can also working as con artists. After three years working for his own food as a child, the DCFS discovered the situation inside the Foster home after the leader of the Foster home died from a drug overdose after knowing the fact that the children needed to work for their food the DCFS shut down the foster home and Ruiz's custody is now back to the DCFS, while the DCFS trying to find a new home for Ruiz, Ruiz heard a sentence that raises his expectations on better life "THRID TIME'S CHARM" and after that the DCFS has found a foster parents for him, he was adopted by a middle aged couple (Richardson Family) after a few days living with the Richardson's family he then starts to questions the sentences that he heard before, Richardson's Family is facing a drug addicting problem and Ruiz needs to live with the family for the next few years. At the age of 17, Ruiz applied for more than ten Narcan for his parents due to repeatedly overdosing over the years. Ruiz has grown into a man without feeling love, he then introduced to "Emancipation", Emancipation is an answer to his problem, Emancipation is a legal process that frees a child who is between the ages of 14-17 from the custody and control of their parent(s) or guardian. he then used his savings to hire a lawyer to send the petition to the courts after proving to the courts that Ruiz could live a normal life even without his foster parents and then after a few weeks, the judge granted Ruiz to live his own life independently. "The boy liberation notes." Ruiz is now living life with his own will new life's ahead, Ruiz thinks that his life gonna change, far from violence and loneliness. after finishing his high school, he then realizes that his life hasn't changed after he witnessed a drive-by in front of him, and as he returns to his rented apartment he also realizes that his own shadow left him behind when there's no longer lights, Ruiz realizes that he's grown from violence and that thing becomes one with him he then decides to join the U.S Marine, after completing his MOS Ruiz was sent out for his first tour at Afghanistan, he was sent to Kandahar, Ruiz has seen violence in his life before, while he's engaging fire with the enemy for the first time he didn't freeze, Ruiz has become the violence itself he managed to neutralize the threats from the enemy and after finishing his first tour Ruiz decides to come back and leave the windy city (Chicago) and moved to San Andreas, Los Santos, after arriving at LSX, Ruiz then meets with fellow man from Marine corps and one of his friends decides to invite Ruiz to join San Andreas Police Department (SAPD).
