With Hackett's expertise in maintaining and repairing Harley Davidson motorbikes, his workshop has become the main destination for motorbike lovers and is well known in his city. After the success of his Harley Davidson motorcycle repair shop in Los Santos, Larlaith Hackett felt he wanted to take the community of Harley motorcycle enthusiasts to a higher level. The founder of the motorbike club was formed with his friend Dexter Marshall's. Hackett made the motorbike club follow its real realm, the outlaws motorcyle club with its full criminality. It didn't take long for Hackett and his Motorcycle clubs to grow in size in his city.
