He is usually called Riggs, his nickname is a child who is different from the people in his environment, he grew up and developed into a smart and quiet child in a very harsh environment, a village that is far and remote from the center of the Oakland Capital which is dubbed as a village that often occurs great chaos. Riggs is a very smart and diligent child educated by a father who often confined himself at home since elementary school until before high school because of his bad environment. At the age of Riggs who was a teenager he was required to migrate to pursue further education at a well-known school in California, namely Coliseum College Prep Academy, there besides learning academic lessons on the other hand he was also active in youth and social organizations. Within three months before entering the University Riggs made major changes to his village, ranging from work, behavior to the dark life in his village he turned into a prosperous village in that short time, After Riggs's departure to continue his education at Humboldt State University with a major in Law did not extinguish the fire of enthusiasm of the youth and residents to improve, day after day, month after month, and year after year passed, it turned out that Oakland's success to change was not welcomed by its neighboring village, in the midst of a moral crisis and civil war in America made these two villages at odds. In Oakland's achievement to protect its citizens the youth formed a defense line to keep watch, but unfortunately in competition with neighboring villages Oakland was far behind in terms of its war strategy so that bloodshed occurred in Oakland until the peak of the massacre of all men in the village Old, young, small children to toddlers were subjected to ferocity, including Riggs's father who became a victim in the incident. The sad news was heard by Riggs, who was about to become a Bachelor of Law, forcing him to return home, but his mother refused until he became a Bachelor. The year has changed, Riggs has become a Bachelor of Laws at Humboldt State University, at that time Riggs also called his mother and gave the good news to his parents who were in Oakland, when told that Riggs had become a Bachelor of Laws, they were happy and happy, but at the end of the conversation, his father told him that there was chaos in the city of Oakland, Riggs was a little surprised, and he hurried to return to his hometown, but his mother forbade him because there were many killings at that time, finally Mrs. Oakland advised him to immediately find his own place to live and also a job, which later as long as he was not working, his parents would pay for his life elsewhere, Riggs understood his parents and packed his belongings to go to San Andreas. Now Riggs has arrived in a city called Los Santos, San Andreas, there he lives in an apartment not far from the city center, he lives alone and lives his own life while the village of Oakland is still in a state of emergency. For days and weeks he looked for a job, but it didn't come, while waiting for information to call for work, while Riggs did a side job as a mechanic in the Fort Carson area, where it was a very busy village and many residents were doing fishing and mining activities. Many vehicles were damaged in the mining area, making it profitable for Riggs to repair these vehicles at the Mechanic. At that time he was still a mechanic and had not yet worked for any company.
