Zeferino was born into a very rich family, his father was Arturo Pasqual and his mother was Aleena Beatrice. Since he was a baby, Zeferino has never felt short of economic matters because his father is a property businessman and also has a sports card showroom in several countries and his mother has a bungalow business in various cities in Mexico. Since he was a baby, his parents often lived abroad with his parents, while his parents took care of Zeferino's work, he was under the care of a baby sitter for 13 years. During elementary school, Zeferino did not go to school like other children in general, he went to school with his friends, he studied at home at Home Schooling, at first he was normal, he studied like ordinary children. After Zeferino was 14 years old, he started attending junior high school. He asked his parents to go to a regular school. He wanted to be like other children because if he went to school at home, he would get bored. Both parents agreed. On Zeferino's first day of school he was accompanied by his parents. After a few days of Zeferino's school his parents hired bodyguards to look after Zeferino. But instead of being awake, Zeferino was labeled as a spoiled child by people at his school. At first, Zeferino ignored him, but over time, Zeferino started to feel uncomfortable. After coming home from school, Zeferino became angry with his parents because why did he have to hire a bodyguard to look after him when he could defend himself? . His parents also freed Zeferino from his bodyguards. Because Zeferino started to feel free, at the age of 15 Zeferino tried to do naughty things like smoking and getting drunk. Over time, Zeferino became a passive smoker. At the age of 18, Zeferino was invited by his friend, Antonio Gerardo, to try drugs and Zeferino wanted to, and Zeferino became addicted to using drugs. When Zeferino had been using drugs for more than a month, he was caught at his friend's flat. Zeferino was in rehab and sentenced to 20 years in prison. However, because Zeferino's parents were very rich people, Zeferino was ransomed by his parents and after being released, Zeferino was punished by his parents and couldn't leave the house. The facilities his parents gave him were confiscated but Zeferino already knew the facilities would be revoked, Zeferino sneaked into his parents' room. and took $2.000.000 from his parents' safe house and Zeferino fled to the USA alone to Los Santos because there he was free to do whatever he wanted without his parents. Zeferino also rented a flat for 10 years in Palomino. Zeferino also thought of something for his business because his money would not last forever. It occurred to Zeferino to sell drugs because he wanted to do a job according to his preferences. Zeferino also recruited several people to become dealers and his business had been running without interruption for 4 years and Zeferino didn't want to go back to his house because according to him America had become a home for him.
