Seventies. Law enforcement surveillance photo late seventies. It was part of intelligence gathering on the newly established Hells Angels' Ventura charter rather than a specific investigation.. That's George Christie up front on the left of the picture. To the right is Tom Heath, who several years later would be convicted in the Frame Up, bombing of a Mongol shop in Los Angeles that killed two people. Next is a hang around who never made it. People believe he had a problem with Little Joe from Berdoo. Paul a former Question mark who became a Hells Angels and on the far right is David O. also a former Question mark who also became a Hells Angels and very important player in the Ventura Hells Angels.
