"" My husband is a tough as they come, a Vago through and through. But to me, he is just my husband. He's the man who knows how to fix a bike, but more importantly, knows how to fix a life. He got me off Heroin back in the 70's. He found me one night with the rig in my arm passed out. I had just scored enough to last me two weeks. The next morning I woke up to him in the room. He waited up all night to make sure I didn't go out in my sleep. He made sure I was okay and then he broke the news that He dumped my entire supply. I was so furious at him because it took me three weeks of working at my minimum wage job to save up for it. But he didn't give a damn. He basically told me I was going to get clean weather I liked it or not, and he was right LOL. He had to keep me locked in my room for about two weeks to get through the shakes and the way I was feeling. (During this time he took it upon himself to let the whole club party at my place while I was locked up. The whole place smelled like leather and gasoline) But once I came out of the other side of it I realized I was given another chance. And this beautiful man cared enough for me to help save my life. And I wasn't even his old lady at the point, I was just another chick who hung around the club. But after that I just knew he was mine. We became best of friends and grew close. When we got married it was the happiest time of my life. As I'm getting older I look back on our life together and I wouldn't change a thing. Our life together certainly hasn't been the easiest; it never is for those tied to the outlaw world. But there is love. Thanks for what you are doing. You're doing it with respect that's why I wanted to reach out. ""
