Saya membutuhkan refund karena:

Akun saya terkena rollback, saat itu saya sedang memancing di laut namun tiba tiba saya ke disconnect dari server, setelah saya baca chit-chat di forum ternyata server sedang down / maintenance. Saya mencoba /report melalui in-game untuk melaporkan bahwa akun saya ter-rollback, namun kata admin silahkan buat refund request di forum, saya pun bilang bahwa saya tidak memiliki screenshot sebelum maintenance karna saya sama sekali tidak tahu bahwa akan ada maintenance karna biasanya di infokan. Lalu kata admin BADRI buat refund aja, maka dari itu saya membuat refund ini.
