Campanella Garden Pirus (CGP) also known as the Nellaz  is a predominantly African-American street gang situated around the public church in Jefferson, Los Santos. The project is the largest  housing complex in Campanella Gardens. The Nellaz is a traditionally African American gang. The set members are involved in a variety of criminal activities including murder, assault, robbery, and narcotics distribution. Campanella Garden Piru has some famous rappers in the neighborhood one of them is Dayvon "Lil Von" Lowe, September 20, 2007 Dayvon Lowe aka Lil Von, Dylan Ros and Raylon Parks went to Las Palmas Super Club in Compton. Inside the club, they met five hispanics from the south side, the five hispanics were affiliated with the Florencia 13 gang. By then they had already had a hard-beef and they were fighting in the club parking lot. However, two of the five hispanics were carrying guns, while Dayvon, Dylan and Raylon were not. The two Hispanics immediately pulled out their guns and shot Dayvon Lowe, one of the famous rappers, Lil Von.

 
News of the death of Dayvon Lowe aka Lil Von went so hot, Campanella Garden Piru created a memorial in the neighborhood with Dayvon Lowe's face.

Two months later, on November 2, Campanella Garden Piru gang-members (one of whom was Raylon Banks) planned to get back on Florencia 13 (the killer of Dayvon Lowe aka Lil Von). They pulled up to Alameda Street (Florencia 13's neighborhood), Campanella Garden Piru gang-members were all gun-wielding at the time. As they approached Alameda Street they stopped and looked from afar. There were six Florencia 13 gang-members who were making their neighborhood active. Upon seeing them, Campanella Garden Piru immediately did a drive-by on them. Two of the Florencia 13 gang-members died from gunshot wounds to the body. Then Raylon Banks got the nickname Flowers Packer.

They are allies of all Pirus, in particular the West Side Piru, 145 Neighborhood Pirus and 135 Piru but they also have engaged in past conflicts with other Blood sets such as the Bounty Hunter Bloods, Denver Lane Bloods and the Crenshaw Mafia Gang. Other enemies include the Florencia 13, all Hoover Criminals, the Original Swamps Compton Crips, Compton Varrio 155, Compton Varrio Tortilla Flats, Twilight Zone Compton Crips and Tragniew Park Compton Crips. Most Campanella Garden Pirus (CGP) 148th Street and are found in and around the area of Campanella Gardens.
