Quashawn Mowell has become a very influential person in her gang. Without Quashawn Mowell, the gang would be destroyed because there are many big problems in her gang. Quashawn Mowell has a garden and motel business in the area between Las Colinas and Los Flores. Not just that, Quashawn Mowell also operates illegal businesses like selling drugs, illegal firearms, and anything else. Quashawn Mowell is married to an African-American girl named Ramona Mowell, who will take care of his garden and motel. Quashawn Mowell had one child named Ravonntha Mowell. The gang was so popular in the day because of illegal businesses, and the number of gang members increased so much. In a day, the members of rivals shoot Quashawn Mowell and Ramona Mowell in his home, so they can't compete with the rival gang business. Because of the incident, there was a gang member who betrayed the gang and said that Ravonntha Mowell was involved in the shooting scene. Then Ravonntha Mowell was temporarily detained at the police station because of it. After Ravonntha Mowell was detained, he was declared not guilty by the judge due to a lack of strong evidence. Ravonntha Mowell is released; he gets back to Los Flores and goes to see the gang condition. Ravonntha Mowell is shocked because the gang is destroyed. Much of the gang members have been betrayed, and the gang members have decreased so much. Ravonntha Mowell takes over the gang and also the parents garden and motel businesses. Ravonntha Mowell promises if they will rise the gang up and make the gang popular again like the old generation. Ravonntha Mowell will still remember one of the gang members who betrayed and slandered Ravonntha Mowell, and Ravonntha Mowell will kill him if he meets the member. And now that Ravonntha Mowell tries to rise of the gang by all means, he will be the new generation of his father's gang, and it contains a lot of youngster from the Las Colinas and Los Flores. Ravonntha Mowell then meets a youngster named Genaro Archibeque, also known as Naro, who, at the time, was selling drugs, and meets Ravonntha Mowell. Because at that time Ravonntha Mowell was about to raise his gang, he recruited Genaro Archibeque into his gang. Ravonntha Mowell invites him to revive his gang together in between Las Colinas and Los Flores territory. Ravonntha Mowell recruits a lot of young people from Las Colinas and Los Flores to his gang. Ravonntha Mowell decided to accept Mexican-American people into his gang. Ravonntha Mowell gets a lot of respect from many of his gang members because he can become a good leader in his gang like his father. Ravonntha Mowell sent a gang member named Genaro Archibeque to operate the illegal business for his gang. Genaro Archibeque also works together with another member named Rafael Escareno. He sells tons of drugs in Los Santos. Genaro Archibeque offers the other member to sell his drugs around Los Flores, so the people will start getting to know his gang's illegal business. Because of that, his gang members will increase a lot. Genaro Archibeque and Rafael Escareno are so good at operating illegal businesses, and his gang is a serious competitor in the illegal business. Whatever way they compete to keep their sales up, they even kill rival gang members who are also competing in illegal business. With that income from the illegal business, Ravonntha Mowell opens more legal businesses like a hotdog stail and barber shop to hide their illegal activities. Ravonntha Mowell and the other members will defend his territory from other gangs that are going to fight over it because Ravonntha Mowell doesn't want to suffer the same fate as her parents, who were shot by the enemy. Ravonntha Mowell will make the territory safer than the old generation. And now Ravonntha Mowell will be serious about increasing his gang members, so his gang will be the toughest gang. Jadi kemungkinan jika kami menambahkan ras tersebut mungkin akan terlihat aneh bagi orang-orang, karena street gang berjenis bloods hanya memiliki 1 ras. Agar terlihat menarik maka kami menambahkan ras itu dan juga itu karena di real life Rollin’ Bloods memiliki 2 ras tersebut.
