It controls Bone County with all its legal and illegal businesses. It all started with five people who joined the Tijuana cartel, and these five people were Rigoberto Delahoya , Giorgio Obregon, Pescau Caremalillos, Juansevero Rojodelavaga . And they are former Mexican military who joined the Tijuana cartel. Where the Tijuana cartel is very pressed from the war between cartels and from the D.E.A who wants to get the head of the Tijuana cartel so that these five people join and work together. While running a business with the Tijuana cartel, the five men were part of the sicario division, which executed all those dealing with the Tijuana cartel. Many victims have died at the hands of these five people because they were only carrying out an assignment from El-Garo as the leader of the Tijuana cartel, then all the business of the Tijuana cartel went far and not long after a few years passed the Tijuana cartel began to lack its existence after the head of the Tijuana cartel was caught by the D.E.A (Drug Enforcement Administration) the Tijuana cartel lost its way, as did these five people. Surviving the onslaught of other cartel rivals and when Hugo Pomar was killed by another cartel the four decided not to continue and went their separate ways after this incident. After the split of the five, Rigoberto Delahoya fled to Las Payasadas, Bone County. After a few months Giorgio Obregon followed, they stayed in Las Payadas and worked as laborers in the area. With their work experience and connections to previous cartels, Rigoberto Delahoya and, Giorgio Obregon had the idea to build a cartel in San Andreas, close to the Mexican border. In 2023, Rigoberto Delahoya and, Giorgio Obregon had the intention of calling back their estranged friends to talk about their idea. On October 17, Pescau Caremalillos and, Juansevero Rojodelavaga received the call from Rigoberto Delahoya and, Giorgio Obregon and immediately decided to go to Las Payasadas to meet with the two of them. Rigoberto Delahoya and, Giorgio Obregon met with Pescau Caremalillos and, Juansevero Rojodelavaga and then took them to the inn first to put the items they were carrying. After putting their belongings Rigoberto Delahoya and, Giorgio Obregon invited Pescau Caremalillos and, Juansevero Rojodelavaga to go to the club near Las Payasadas to discuss the ideas that Rigoberto Delahoya and, Giorgio Obregon had. At the club Rigoberto Delahoya, Giorgio Obregon, Pescau Caremalillos and, Juansevero Rojodelavaga ordered some drinks to start a serious conversation. Rigoberto Delahoya explains his idea to Pescau Caremalillosand Juansevero Rojodelavaga about building a cartel in San Andreas, close to the Mexican border. Rigoberto Delahoya explained that the cartel connection was in Columbia which was able to provide many types of supplies such as Cocaine and Heroin. By building a cartel here, it can become a market for cocaine and heroin to spread throughout San Andreas. Rigoberto Delahoya also explained that the Cocaine and Heroin market around San Andreas had not been able to become the main supply of drugs, with opportunities like this Rigoberto Delahoya wanted to make this opportunity to build a cartel empire that he led with his previous experience working in the Tijuana cartel. Pescau Caremalillos and Juansevero Rojodelavaga heard the idea and were a little surprised by Rigoberto Delahoya word Juansevero Rojodelavaga explained that this would be too risky because the four of them had previous experience of being chased by the D.E.A (Drug Enforcement Administration). The agent almost caught the four of them. Rigoberto Delahoya also explained that the money earned from selling cocaine and heroin would be diverted to build large legal businesses such as mining, oil, and other businesses that could cover the traces of their illegal activities. After hearing this statement, Pescau Caremalillos and Juansevero Rojodelavaga took some time to decide what to do. Pescau Caremalillos and Juansevero Rojodelavaga decided to end the conversation with Rigoberto Delahoya and Giorgio Obregon to go to the in they were staying at. In Pescau Caremalillos and Juansevero Rojodelavaga took a short break while talking to each other about the ideas that Rigoberto Delahoya and Giorgio Obregon had. Pescau Caremalillos explained to Juansevero Rojodelavaga that he agreed with the idea that Rigoberto Delahoya and Giorgio Obregon had, because Pescau Caremalillos also after leaving the previous cartel his economy was getting worse and needed money to continue his life. Pescau Caremalillos gave Juansevero Rojodelavaga an idea to give to Rigoberto Delahoya and Giorgio Obregon such as Pescau Caremalillos and Juansevero Rojodelavaga would work with Rigoberto Delahoya and Giorgio Obregon to build the cartel. However, Pescau Caremalillos and Juansevero Rojodelavaga will leave the cartel they built if the cartel has no direction and is not strong enough to withstand the onslaught of rivals and the D.E.A (Drug Enforcement Administration). Hearing the words of Pescau Caremalillos, Juansevero Rojodelavaga agreed with Pescau Caremalillos because from the beginning they both wanted to work for money, this goal was already from the beginning when working with the Tijuana cartel. Pescau Caremalillos and Juansevero Rojodelavaga met again with Rigoberto Delahoya and Giorgio Obregon, they both agreed to work with Rigoberto Delahoya and Giorgio Obregon to build a cartel empire in San Andreas near the Mexican border. However, Pescau Caremalillos and Juansevero Rojodelavaga said that they would both leave the cartel if they had no direction. The oil business, which had been running for several months, showed progress and was able to supply oil to the Bone County area and even outside the region, making the business grow rapidly. Behind all of this, there was the illegal working of the business they were working on, which was the problem. Don Rigoberto wanted to make a change by stopping the Colombian supply to them, because Don Rigoberto wanted to make the castle a player as well and not just a delivery boy. They had it all planned out to produce their first cocaine and had the lab in the Arco del Oeste area. Moctezuma 'Soto' Delvalle was the man appointed by Don Rigoberto to focus and hold the lab. Day after day passed and their business still running, the four men of former soldier have succeeded the plan to make the castle became bigger and also control all of the Bone County’s area. Lendrago the man who is getting sense of trust from Don Rigoberto and Giorgio, Lendrago creates a new garage business at the Fort Carson area with Gustavo and Norescazala’s hand. This business created to mean if their machine oil broken, they can fix that and their people’s hobby with some vehicle but unforgettable including legal and illegal things activity. In other situation Don Rigoberto really want to make his ambition became true, Don Rigoberto has fully disconnected the connection with the Coulombian in this situation and focus build up the Lab of drugs as pointing Moctezuma and Lendrago focus in this case and Juansevero sends the plants from Mexico to change become drugs. But when the plan is running, suddenly Rigoberto and Pescau disappeared with a long time. Giorgio and Juansevero are doing business in Mexico, it’s became a big problem in their castle because has not a leader. Giorgio notices that problems then he back to Bone County with Juansevero and brought up big information to their members and made them surprised. The information is the death of Rigoberto Delahoya but still don’t know about Pescau position and this situation become a big punch to them about it, Rigoberto died because his disease in his residence at Tijuana and hidden about it from all. Giorgio had a plan to make a funeral to fly to Rigoberto’s residence in Tijuana for all members to remember the big name from Rigoberto. The die of Rigoberto made their one of wings fallen down. All this has passed, Giorgio became a leader who fully control the empire and changes the role from business they having then close the studio business because some reason. Giorgio still continue the legacy from Rigoberto to focus about Lab of drugs and bring an old friend from the former soldier to help how to make a drug. Giorgio is getting up the position of Lendrago to control the position from Giorgio before, not a long time Giorgio became a leader, he got information about Pescau in some place at Sinaloa. Giorgio and Juansevero are going to meet with Pescau at Sinaloa, but it’s a big mistake movement to them. They did not realize been trapped by Sinaloa Cartel to destroy Giorgio’s group and bring them to D.E.A. Giorgio and Pescau are in prison but Juansevero can survive and hidden his self in some place in El Salvador. With Giorgio’s power he still can control his castle in prison and tell Lendrago to changes the structure again. Giorgio wants the higher to direct down to keep their business and puts his sense of trust to Lendrago and become a man who can make a movement. Lendrago focus to three of their businesses especially to their lab and make sure the members are safe. Lendrago has a plan to make by degrees to move and play at Los Santos in a low profile.
