He grew up in a rough public housing complex not far from where his friend Nathanielle “Nate” Zephaniah also lived. Noah's parents struggled with addiction and were rarely around. He often took care of himself from a young age. While scrappy, Noah had a cheerful personality and made friends easily in the neighborhood. He first met Nate when they were around 12 years old. A group of older boys were trying to chase them down and take their football. Nate stood up to them boldly while Noah hid behind some bins. Impressed by Nate's nerve, Noah befriended him. Over the next few years, the two boys got into minor criminal activities. Mostly petty theft and small drug deals. Nate started bringing others into his crew, with ambitions of controlling turf in Peckham. Noah followed suit out of loyalty to his friend. Even as Nate's gang engaged in increasingly serious violence and criminality to take over streets from rival gangs, Noah's role remained more on the sidelines. His easy charm and humor made him popular, earning him the nickname "Nizzle." Nizzle acted as the negotiator when possible, using his people skills to settle disputes through discussion rather than force. This helped expand Nate's network of contacts beyond just Peckham. By the time they were 16, Nate had cemented his rule over the area. But tensions were rising with the Deptford crew led by Marco. Noah tried to advise restraint, not wanting an all-out gang war on the streets. When the fateful clash happened between the crews, landing Marco in hospital, Noah was devastated by the violence. But he maintained loyalty to Nate, who seemed to thrive off the chaos. Now at 18, as Nate sets sights on expanding internationally, Noah travels alongside to use his reputation for diplomacy. He hopes this fresh start in Los Santos can avoid a repeat of the bloodshed they left behind in London.
