Pada tanggal 25 Sept 2023 saya mencoba login ke akun saya seperti biasa namun ternyata password yang saya masukkan salah, baik mencoba login melalui Ingame atau UCP. Saya mencoba untuk mengganti password saya melalui email dan akhirnya berhasil. Setelah itu saya login dan posisi character saya sudah berada di Bank. Saya langsung mengecek chatlog pada account saya dan benar saya bahwa selama saya tidak login beberapa hari, akun saya telah dimainkan oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab, melakukan transaksi dan roleplay. Saya juga sempat report Ingame dan direspon oleh Admin JoniJoni dan beliau menyuruh saya untuk meneruskan ke forum saja. Berikut ini saya lampirkan bukti chatlog saya. Note: 1. Mohon maaf apabila pelanggar yang saya laporkan ternyata tidak terlibat dalam kasus ini, saya hanya melaporkan character yang terlihat dari chatlog telah menerima transfer dari character saya, Carlos_Redfield 2. Awalnya saya sempat ingin /pm terhadap karakter IC yang melakukan transfer ke akun saya yaitu Ahmad_Samsul. Namun tidak lama setelahnya karakter tersebut Offline, kemudian saya pikir itu adalah rejeki nomplok atau memang beliau sedang bagi bagi uang, karena dari pas di Parkiran bank, beliau sudah /pay kepada karakter saya. Dan juga kepada orang yang berada di parkiran bank.
