is a one-percenter Motorcycle Club that takes on a street rocker / outlaw culture, the member hera are mostly mechanic, fishermen, and also former electric guitar players, the special name for the first generation is "FOUNDER"

The Founder, who is very loyal to Jose and obeys all Jose's wishes, they are native people in Angel Pine who are mostly from mechanic and also fisherman, but have one common hobby, namely playing rock music, they have a vision and mission and also a slogan, with a mission to build this club into biggest club in the village of Angel Pine, and have a vision to brings Gerry back, and the slogan of this club " You will die, but Reckless not ", even though they are native people of Angel Pine, but they are just immigrants here, because of the displacement of parents, most members here are orphands, member here are from Russia, Mexico, and native American, they agreed this year to create a club, and they have been planning it for a long time, they wanted to create this club because they have no purpose in life, and only have a Harley Davidson series motorbikes, and Honda Gold Wings, even so giving here is very solid towards each other and support each other, "Reckless" is name because most member of this club are reckless in doing things, reckless does not mean rushing, but does not have a sense compassion for the enemy faced, Gerry sent a letter before Jose made this club, he slipped a message that must protect this village like our heart, because this village is the land where all member born and raised.

 

They spray satanic or atheist signs around the factory close to the club house, to signfy that this is their territory, and no one can claim it, without passing over their dead bodies, "Reckless" club has a logo in the shape of a skull with a star on its head and also a mustache, which signfies that anyone who goes again them will become a skull as well, Jose is nicknamed "Jossie" by all members in the club, because it symbolises intelligence, leadeship and also high charisma, beside that Jose made several patches for the leather vest they wore, %1 which means the 1 percent of member are not afraid, and don't care about what happens to them, Jose is not rash in making decisions because he always vote on his crew when he want do something.

 

 

Homeland, which is the place that witnessed the birth of the ruler "Reckless", this village is very far from the city of Los Santos and this village is famous for the small village at the bottom end of the village, this village has a place for public, mechanic which is generally called "Mechanic Forest" but Reckless member call it "Paint and Spray Reckless" this village is very complete because it has a bank, and also the last one is where trucker unload their goods, as for the economy and security, the town has a very stable economy but may be a little expensive for food because it has to be imported from the city, and for security, the village is quite safe, but at night the situation feels tense because many robbers come from other village, this village is very beautifull, because the economy is very easy and also the income from work is large, this place is a surplus of wood because there are so many forest nearby, which Jose used to build a roof for his crew's motorbike park, there are many hills here, which indicates that this village is an unspoiled village, and it is a place that has a lot of nature, Jose only told them to cut down the old trees and not to pull out the roots because Jose did not want to spoil the natural scenery of this village even though his motorbikes club was a bad club, but still cared about natue in the land.

- Rata-rata usia anggota adalah 20 - 40.
