His mother was a heroin addict and his father was a troublemaker, frequently getting them both into gang-related misdemeanors. Otto has the typical orange hair and a solid build. The scars covering his face served as a constant reminder of his troubled history. All over his body, he has striking tattoos. Otto started engaging in criminal activity at a young age, which included everything from armed assault to small-time robbery. Due to his father's severe issues with anger control, Otto was quite accustomed to witnessing violence. It was usual to watch his father beating his mother. Nobody was really familiar with his history when he initially showed up in Los Santos. Some claimed he was a former military who had taken part in awful covert operations, while others claimed he had connections to a seedy underworld. Otto, though, is a criminal who does not distinguish between different types of crimes, that much is certain. He joined a motorcycle gang that regularly engaged in crimes ranging from drug trafficking to bank robbery. They have a frightening reputation in the city of Los Santos because no one dares to stand in their path and because of their bravery and ruthlessness. But as with all wickedness, destiny always catches up. Otto lost all faith in people over time, including his own gang members, and his paranoia increased. Eventually, one of his most devoted gang members turned on him and informed the authorities. In a dramatic ambush, Otto Gunner, the vicious and ruthless criminal motorcyclist, is eventually apprehended. His reputation for harshness persisted when he was incarcerated, making him a target for other prisoners trying to gain respect. Otto, though, is unflinching even while incarcerated. He carries on with a calm and collected demeanor that makes him incredibly unsettling. Before being freed, he served seven years in a state jail.
