        Hernan Carlos Juarez, Born on June 28, 1980 in Ciudad Juarez, Rio Grande, Mexico. Hernan's childhood was marred by the constant struggle to survive. His family, like most other Mexicans, faced financial difficulties. His father was a member of the Police in the City of Juarez. His mother had died giving birth to him. Due to being in an environment with poor economic conditions since childhood, it was the relentless ambition and cunning nature that finally formed in his heart. Hernan is seen as someone who always takes into account decisions, and has a sharp mind as a child. He has an uncanny ability to navigate the streets and understand the dynamics of power and control.
 

        When Hernan entered his teens, his father died in an accident. He does various jobs to survive. But his instincts said otherwise. One day he found himself in a dilemma, drawn to the allure of the Juarez Cartel, which has significant influence in the region. Seduced by the promise of wealth and power, he begins running errands for local cartel members, gradually earning their trust. Despite the dangers involved, Hernan feels the adrenaline rush of his new, forbidden pursuit, and his reputation as a skilled operator begins to spread.
 

         As he grew older, Hernan's position within the Juarez Cartel grew stronger. He becomes a key part of the organization, rising through the ranks due to his ruthless thinking and determination strategies. Although he is now a lieutenant in the Juarez cartel, his past has never indeed left him, as he maintains a connection to his roots, often providing financial assistance to his struggling family and childhood friends.
 

        Hernan's life is a complex juxtaposition of wealth, danger, and a twisted sense of loyalty. Despite his success in the underworld, he sometimes overlooks the choices he has made and the lives he has affected. As time went by, he was assigned to manage the pipeline in Los Santos, San Andreas, United States. Together with Amado Cavalleria, Hernan controls the Juarez Cartel businesses there with the wing force of the 38th El-Corona Gang.
