Lloyd de la Rocha, also known as Adel, was born in Las Venturas, on June 28. Being an only child is not a pleasant thing for him. His father, Raul de la Rocha, was a drunkard who, unfortunately, was a member of the Jalisco cartel. His mother, Elizabeth Griffiths, had long since left Adel as a child. Even the little Adel had to survive under the upbringing of his father, who was a drunkard and was often rude to him. His childhood was not as happy as most children his age. Adel's family economy can be said to include affluent, luxurious houses, he has everything that children his age want. However, what does it mean without the presence of a mother and the warmth of a family?

Many days passed, Adel left his hometown for the United States and became a permanent resident there as well as serving country as a US army. Not long after, 2 years later he returned from his assignment in Syria. Aware of the many needs Adel is looking for, but according to what veterans get, adel is very difficult to get a job. Until one day he met Traymiento. Adel has joined together in a criminal organization, namely the 38th street gang. He founded it together with Traymiento Bienvenueza, Traviesco Bienvenueza they are the sons of Diego Bienvenueza. Adel started his business and career as a mural artist while doing illegal things like street gangsters do.

Because of his conection to la eMe, he was later transferred as an employee of the juarez cartel. There he was close to Socatos Bernue, who was one of the top right-hand men of the Juarez cartel, because of his fast career, his friend, Giancarlos Manzanedo, was jealous and wanted to drop him. Until one day, Adel found himself in a dilemma. He really wanted to take the vehicle impounded by the LSPD, through a close opportunity with one of the police officers at the LSPD, Adel was finally able to take his vehicle, but unfortunately, because Giancarlos knew that Adel had gone to be escorted by a police car, he distorted the fact that Adel had conspired and snitching his subordinates. Finally his friend killed Adel.
