The reason behind the previous company's major name change was because the company's previous owner and CEO left San Andreas and never returned to San Andreas without hearing from him, forcing Ray Albert as Deputy CEO to temporarily take over Swarch Corporation. In the midst of Ray Albert's struggle to maintain Swarch Corporation's foothold, Ray Albert finally succeeded in hooking up an automotive company, namely Fast Garage, to work together and unite the two companies under the same company name and the same management. Ray Albert's attempt to have Fast Garage identify the two companies resulted in a change of CEO, company systems, company products and services, company name.
