His parents named him Chen Zhaojin, a name that reflected their hope that he would grow up to be a wise and honorable man. As a child, Osric, or Ricky as he was affectionately called by his friends, was known for his kind and gentle nature. He was always quick to help others and had a natural ability to make people feel at ease around him. His classmates often sought him out for advice and guidance. When Ricky was six years old, his family moved to Chinatown in San Francisco, USA. It was during this transition that his parents also decided to give him a new name, Osric Chen. At first, Osric was overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of the city, but he soon found his footing in the vibrant community. He made friends quickly, and his gentle nature earned him the nickname "Ricky" among his peers. The name stuck, and before long, everyone in Chinatown knew him as Ricky. As Ricky grew up, he continued to live up to his name. He was known for his compassion and integrity, and he always put others first. Despite facing his fair share of challenges, he remained true to himself and never lost his kind-heartedness. When Ricky graduated from high school, he decided to continue his education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After finishing his undergraduate degree in political science, Ricky felt a sense of restlessness. He longed for a new adventure and a fresh start. So, he decided to move to Los Santos, a city he had always been intrigued by. He didn't have a clear plan for what he wanted to do there, but he was excited about the possibilities. As he stepped off the plane and took in the sights and sounds of his new home, he felt a surge of optimism. Ricky was ready to embrace whatever lay ahead with his signature kindness and grace.
