     Tobias Illescas is just like average hispanic teens. He's originally from Texas State Area, borned and raised. He once jumped into the gang in his early teenage (10s). He used to be gang-banging with Lobo del Norte X4 in Texas. He got fully ragged at the age of 14 years old. He was fully committed as a soldado del norteno or soldier of northern gang, but things ain't going as he expected. He had to move to Los Santos at the age of 19 years old due to taking care of his cousin after his aunt died. His cousin, Raul, is only 15 years old junior high schooler and he has no one else in Los Santos, that's making Tobi had no other option. The only option will only be the backbone for his cousin.

 

     Once he moved to Los Santos, he was facing a lot of struggle in money making. In particular, he just has high school graduation background, so he only does physical jobs such as a heaver, a car washer, and a waiter. At the time he took the job as a waiter in the restaurant around Ganton, he started hanging out with Summerhouse Boys right in front of Ganton Complex. He did that every time after work. He did that until his cousin needed extra attention and financial support by the time his cousin is going to become a high schooler. He had to do more than one job to get more money. That makes him doing 3 jobs in a day. At the time he took a day off from any of his jobs, he met Meek Irving, known as Top Boy of Summerhouse Hustlers. Meek offered him an easy cash job, but Tobi didn't take it.

 

     Nowadays, in his 20s, he decided to resign from any of his jobs. He committed to get the opportunities in Summerhouse Hustlers. He will likely be found around Ganton circle, hanging out with the boys and slanging stuff.
