The 1Cent was created in the 21th century. 1Cent consists of several people who want to have a job but have a criminal record in San Andreas. 1Cent is divided into 2 areas of business namely legal and illegal but mostly illegal activities the legal activities are for disguise only. 1Cent provides goods and services. 1Cent was founded by 2 people, Matthew Ryan and Johan Everret. Matthew Ryan and Johan Everret were close friends who shared the fate of one another when they were young and got lost on the wrong paths in Los Santos. Both of them have big dreams of becoming "big man" who have man power working for them and get respected by many people. When Matthew meet Johan at the first time. Matthew saw Johan full of ambition to join a gangster club, Johan were 17 years old at that time and Matthew see this kid differently and they start a conversation to know each other's. At first Matthew underestimated Johan's life achievements and saw that Johan would have a short life. The two of them left a deep impression on each other. At the first time arrive in Los Santos Matthew could not adapt in Los Santos it's hard to him to get a job since Los Santos is a big city with a bunch of unemployed worker's and a few job vacansies. Matthew start to think to make his own business but because he's not employed for the past 2 month's the money that Matthew had is 0 he start to become a homeless man, sleep on a bench park and Johan passed Matthew Johan felt pity for Matthew and give Matthew a cent. From that cent Matthew start to gain some money using his business knowledge he got from his father he start doubling his 1 cent to a $10,$100 and $1.000 during 2 month's of working by his own. But still had no where to go so he continued to sleep on the bench park but at some night in August Johan passed again in front of Matthew and again Johan felt pity for Matthew then Johan gave Matthew $1.000 to rent a motel room to sleep in. Matthew then get up and is very suprised by the money Johan gave him, Matthew that thought Johan will die sooner could not imagine that Johan have so much money than him and then Matthew start asking him how did Johan get so much money. Then Johan tell everything to Matthew. Since then Matthew has started to avoid meeting Johan because Johan is a member of a gangster club and does illegal things to earn money. But Matthew couldn't go any further to earn more money, but he planned to create a company. Time was ticking, Matthew really wanted to start his company but he needed more money, he then thought for a long time thinking about his future, then he made up his mind to earns money by doing anything both legal and illegal but he took long to make a decision, Johan has been in prison for 5 years. 5 year passed Johan was released from prison knowing this Matthew began to approach Johan they both agreed to meet somewhere to discuss the business project that Matthew proposed and it's called 1Cent.
