He was born in a hospital in Dallas on November 14, 1996. Dallas itself is located in Texas, which is a state in the United States of America. That year, there were frequent shooting tragedies between gangsters or shootings against residents in Texas, so Dallas was also one of the gangster areas in Texas. Ravltane Maclver, as a child, was often called Ravl. Ravl himself has a father who is a sheriff who served in Dallas. From a young age, Ravl often moved from city to city in Texas because of his father's job. Ravl taught him how to shoot at a young age because of the many shooting cases in Texas. Therefore, from a young age, he was accustomed to holding a gun. When Ravl was seven years old, he was sent to an elementary school in Dallas. While in elementary school, Ravl took up playing American football. After that, when Ravl was 14 years old, he registered to take part in an American football tournament in Austin, Texas. Ravl's team also won the championship candidate in the tournament. Ravl finally started participating in American football events in Texas. When Ravl was 18 years old, there was a clash between gangs in Dallas that led to shootings between gangs in Dallas. Ravl's father, who is a sheriff, is ordered to deal with the commotion. And when they wanted to defuse the clash, the gangsters started shooting the sheriffs who came, and there was a shootout between the sheriff and the gangsters. Ravl's father, who was in this situation, was also shot by the gangsters. His father was taken to the hospital, but while at the hospital, Ravl's father died. Ravl's father died after a few years. Ravl wants to leave the city of Dallas to pursue his learning career in San Francisco. After several years of college, he finally graduated and earned an engineering degree at the age of 24. Then, to continue his career, he decided to go to the city of Los Santos to find work.
